Louineau unveils PrecFix Ventilated at the Batimat trade fair

Louineau, designer and manufacturer of solutions for installing exterior joinery, is unveiling its ventilated pre-frame fixing solution, PrecFix Ventilé , at the Batimat trade fair . Launched in November 2017, this new solution, designed for surface mounting of joinery, guarantees good indoor air quality within the home.

  PrecFix Ventilated: a pre-frame with integrated air inlet designed for surface-mounted installation of joinery Ventilated PrecFix, the new ventilated mounting pre-frame designed by Louineau, is suitable for surface-mounted installation of joinery. This pre-frame is an innovative solution for ventilating rooms in the home. Guaranteeing the quality of the installation of joinery and the implementation of the air intake, it optimizes the thermal and acoustic performance of the joinery. A patent application is pending with the INPI. Technical properties for the benefit of air quality   The pre-frame Ventilated PrecFix is equipped with thermal breaks made of extruded polystyrene, integrated on two levels: between the sub-frame and the joinery, and between the sub-frame and the main structure. An air inlet, usually integrated into the frames of the joinery themselves, is here associated with the mortise, created in the upper crosspiece of the sub-frame, to ensure air renewal by single-flow ventilation. This technical property, studied by the company Renson, a recognized player in its expertise in ventilation, gives the Ventilated PrecFix an innovative design and acts directly on the reduction of heat loss, helping to maintain the energy, thermal and acoustic performance of the joinery.   A pre-assembled design for easy implementation Ventilated PrecFix, entirely manufactured and assembled in the factory, is ready to be installed on site or in the joinery manufacturers' workshop. This pre-assembled design allows for real productivity and time savings in the installation of the pre-frame and exterior joinery. The manufacturing process includes the installation of the air inlet, previously created by drilling a mortise in the joinery profiles.   A solution that guarantees the comfort of residents In compliance with current standards, Louineau combines each of its pre-frame systems with a solution for the comfort of the occupant: thermal, acoustic, anti-vibration and today guarantees air quality. Thanks to its ventilated solution incorporated directly on the pre-frame, Louineau improves the energy performance of the home and offers a more attractive aesthetic appearance to the joinery. PrecFix Ventilé thus promotes the comfort of the occupant in the interior space, while guaranteeing air renewal.
