MEPLE creates the green roof of the I loge You house
On the occasion of the 3rd National Housing Solidarity Day, the I Loge You Foundation, under the aegis of the Fondation de France, will build a demountable and sociable house on Saturday, May 14, 2016, to help poorly housed people. This project was made possible thanks in part to the contribution of manufacturers, including MEPLE, a specialist in waterproofing flat roofs.
On the forecourt of Paris City Hall, Saturday, May 14, 2016, from 14:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m., the general public will be able to witness the live construction of the I Loge You house. With a surface area of 91m², this wooden house was specially designed to be easy to assemble, highly energy-efficient, and recyclable.
PopUp House has opted for the Meps Sempervivum process MEPLE to carry out the greening of the slightly sloping roof. 140m2 of pre-cultivated carpets will be installed.
