Nay Tawile has just been appointed Managing Director of Onduline for Europe.
A graduate of UTC in biological engineering, Nay Tawile began her career in 2004 as a process engineer at Valrhona. In 2006, she was appointed Export Area Manager for the Mediterranean and Middle East sectors.
After completing her studies with an MBA at EM Lyon Business School, she joined the Gerflor Group in 2010 as Director of Business Development for Africa. In 2013, she was appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for the Middle East, Africa and Mediterranean regions, and then became General Manager for Benelux in December 2016, a position she will hold until March 2021.
With her extensive knowledge of the construction market, Nay Tawile will be responsible for supporting Onduline's development, strengthening its position in Europe—a region with a turnover of over €100 million—and fostering commercial synergies with other Ondura Group companies. With her experience and language skills—she is fluent in English, Arabic, French, and Italian—Nay Tawile has many assets to make her new role a success.

Eric Vincent received his engineering training and an MBA from HEC Paris. In 1992, he joined the Sidel group (packaging), where he held the positions of Technical Director and then Subsidiary Director. He then became a management consultant for over 10 years and in 2010, he joined Terreal as Vice President of Industrial Performance, a position he held until 2018, when he became Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, a management consulting firm, which he joined to support Private Equity players in their M&A projects.
