Appointment of Jean-Paul Bureau as Director of Finnforest France

Jean-Paul Bureau has held various positions within Finnforest France since 2003. His career path now leads him to the position of Managing Director of Finnforest France, which designs wood solutions for housing and industry.

Jean-Paul Bureau joined Finnforest France in 2003 as Sales Director for France. In addition to managing the sales team, he was responsible for selling plywood solutions to retailers and manufacturers, as well as products manufactured at the Boulleville site.

In 2006, Jean-Paul Bureau became Vice-President of the Transport segment of Finnforest and member of the Group's EW (Engineered Wood) Board. His numerous roles included sales management in Europe, China, and Japan, as well as unit management in Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Turkey; and administration of Finnforest Spain from 2008 to 2010. He was also responsible for managing the sales team dedicated to the "transport segment" in Finland.

Before joining Finnforest, Jean-Paul Bureau acquired extensive experience in the wood industry (wood panels, plywood, melamine, OSB, etc.), from 1982 to 2003, after having held various positions, notably at Kronofrance and UNIPAN.
