New GSH 11 VC Professional Bosch

 80 years after launching the first electric hammer drill, Bosch is launching its new concrete breaker. Thanks to its 1700-watt motor and an impact force of 23 joules, the Bosch GSH 11 VC Professional is the most powerful device in the 11-kilogram category, thus offering the best power-to-weight ratio in this category. This feature guarantees mobility and high work efficiency for all professionals who use this tool. In addition, thanks to its elongated shape, it is very well balanced, more maneuverable, and work on the ground is made easier. The new Bosch GSH 11 VC Professional concrete breaker excels both in demolition or adjustment work in concrete and stone, as well as in tile removal, drilling and chiselling for laying pipes, ventilation ducts or cables. The impact frequency can be adjusted from 900 to 1 rpm.

The striking mechanism and anti-vibration system allow users to work longer without risk to their health 
Indeed, the new Bosch GSH 11 VC Professional concrete breaker features a new multi-stage anti-vibration system. The main and side handles are decoupled from the motor to dissipate vibrations to the outside. In addition, the impact mechanism, equipped with a shock absorber, significantly reduces jolts, thus achieving a lower vibration level of 8 m/s², allowing the jackhammer to be used for more than three hours per day. 
As for its average removal capacity, it exceeds one ton of concrete per day.

The new Bosch GSH 11 VC Professional concrete breaker is equipped with an SDS-max shank for quick, tool-free accessory changes. It accepts a wide range of accessories such as the SDS-max "RTec Sharp" flat chisel and the "RTec Speed" pointed chisel, which are particularly suitable for drilling conditions. Their self-sharpening cutting edge guarantees a consistently high removal capacity throughout their entire service life. 
It also features the “Vario-Lock-System” which allows the chisels to be oriented and locked in 12 positions depending on the working conditions encountered. 
Other features include a maintenance indicator light that indicates 8 hours in advance when the carbon brushes need to be replaced, a constant electronic regulation function to ensure a constant striking rate under load, and an innovative dust-proof switch that can be easily operated at any time.

80 years of commercial and industrial experience in hammer drills
In 1932, Bosch mass-produced the very first hammer drill. Perfectly suited to the needs of professionals, it featured a striking mechanism suitable for drilling and chiselling and enabled work to progress much faster and more efficiently than the hand tools used until then. This world first, which would revolutionize the construction industry, was unveiled to the public 80 years ago at the Leipzig Trade Fair. Since 1932, Bosch has continually refined its rotary hammer, often playing a pioneering role and developing innovations that would soon become global standards, such as the SDS-plus tool holder for quick tool-free drill and chisel changes, launched in 1975. This was followed in 1990 by the SDS-max version, which accommodates larger drill and chisel bits, and then by the world's first 2 kg rotary hammer (1981), the world's first cordless rotary hammer (1984), the world's first lithium-ion cordless rotary hammer (2005) and the first SDS-plus rotary hammer with active vibration damping (2011).
