RE2020, one of whose objectives is to decarbonize the construction sector, encourages the use of these bio-sourced products, made from renewable organic materials (of plant or animal origin). Indeed, they allow the CO2 present in the atmosphere to be stored during their life cycle, emit few pollutants and help limit the environmental footprint of construction.

Designed and manufactured in France in the Jura region, the bio-sourced formula of the PUR-T® WOOD saturator complies with the NF EN 16640 standard, a standard that certifies the use of bio-sourced raw materials in the formula.

Enhanced water-repellent power

The new bio-sourced saturator PUR-T® WOOD Plastor durably preserves exterior wood, treated in an autoclave and all species (hardwoods, exotics, softwoods, etc.), from bad weather and UV rays. It prolongs the natural beauty of wood on terraces, cladding, pool surrounds, balustrades, gratings, etc. by giving them high protection against stains, grease and other dirt, as efficient as a classic saturator.

In aqueous phase, PUR-T® WOOD benefits from a formula based on vegetable oils and bio-sourced modified resins.
Compliant with the NF EN 16640 standard, it limits its impact on the environment with less than 1g/L of VOCs (compared to an aqueous phase saturator which legally contains a maximum of 30g/L).

Its reinforced water-repellent power blocks water and moisture on the surface, and its anti-slip power on dry or wet wood (tested according to XP CEN/TS 16165 barefoot standard) makes the PUR-T® WOOD saturator ideal for application on swimming pool surrounds.

Very comfortable to use, its ready-to-use and odorless formulation makes it pleasant to apply. Thanks to its gel texture, the saturator does not drip. and allows easy vertical application. Non-film-forming, it does not flake and ensures very easy maintenance by simple reapplication.
