Very high performance in compliance with the new Eco-Design Directive

For several years now, European environmental policy has been encouraging the reduction of the impact of energy-intensive products. As of January 1, 2016, Ecodesign Directive No. 1253/2014 established, among other measures, minimum energy efficiency requirements for ventilation equipment.
To fully comply with the requirements of this new directive, Autogyre, a specialist in air treatment and solar protection for 60 years, has developed a new, very high-efficiency double-flow CMV, which uses energy-saving technologies: the Maison'Air® DF HR BC (Low Consumption).
Made in France, the Maison'Air® DF HR BC recovers 88% of the energy contained in the extracted air, while having very low electricity consumption. Efficient and economical, it reduces annual heating bills by nearly 20%. Finally, equipped with a bypass, the new Maison'Air® DF HR BC cools the air in summer to provide greater comfort.

The dual-flow CMV allows for significant energy savings because the incoming air is preheated. Equipped with two speeds, it guarantees indoor air quality by constantly renewing the air in the home.
It has a network of ducts for extracting stale air and another for blowing fresh air into the living areas. These two air flows pass, without mixing, through the heat exchanger and are filtered.
The exchanger will recover almost all of the energy contained in the stale air (88% certified by CETIAT report No. 1514205 for the Maison'Air® DF HR BC).

The fresh, tempered air is blown in and redistributed into the main rooms via supply vents, and the stale air is expelled outside the house.
In both winter and summer, this system ensures that the temperature of the fresh air supplied is always very close to the interior temperature of the home.

VERY HIGH EFFICIENCY AND MORE THERMAL COMFORT IN SUMMER AND WINTER

Designed for homes with 2 to 7 main rooms equipped with a kitchen and up to 6 bathrooms, the Maison'Air® DF HR BC can be installed in new or renovated buildings, as well as in low-energy buildings and passive houses.

By saving nearly 20% on your annual heating bill, the Maison'Air® DF HR BC pays for itself in 3 to 4 years compared to a single-flow CMV. In addition, it promotes uniform heating throughout the home.

Compliant with the Eco-Design Directive, and benefiting from Autogyre's HCE® (High Exchange Capacity) technology, which allows the cross-flow heat exchanger to optimize efficiency, the Maison'Air® DF HR BC obtains 88% at 135 m3/h, certified by a CETIAT (Technical Center for Air and Thermal Industries) test report No. 1514205 according to standard NF EN 13141-7: 2011.
Equipped with a low-consumption electronically commutated motor, the Maison'Air® DF HR BC consumes little energy (26 W-Th-C for a T4).
In addition, its motorized boxes are equipped with high-efficiency turbines, which are also energy-saving, environmentally friendly and have the GreenTech label.

Equipped with an automatically controlled partial bypass, the Maison'Air® DF HR BC provides fresh air on hot summer nights.
Located inside the exchanger, when activated by a simple press of a switch, it allows the majority of the stale air flow to be diverted so that it is expelled directly outside the house. The fresh air is always filtered and recovers almost no more energy, it can pleasantly cool the house on summer nights when the outside temperature is lower than the inside temperature.
Conversely, the By-Pass can recover free heat in mid-season by blowing hot air directly into the home after being filtered. The By-Pass thus provides greater comfort.
Automatic management mode or forced closing are activated by the user via the pilot switch.

The Maison'Air® DF HR BC ensures good indoor air quality by eliminating condensation, mold, allergens, odors, etc. thanks to its M5 class filtration on fresh air and G4 on stale air.

The remote motorized boxes and the removal of air inlets on the facade make the system quieter. In addition, the stale air centralization and fresh air distribution boxes, as well as the heat exchanger, are equipped with high sound insulation.

The modular Maison'Air® DF HR BC allows for optimized placement of units within the home. More compact and lighter, the centralized units for extracting stale air and the fresh air supply unit are less bulky.
Multi-position, the heat exchanger can be installed on a wall or flat, and has adjustable tappings in each corner. The condensate drain is also adjustable.

Thanks to large filters, the annual maintenance cost of filter changes is reduced (3 to 4 times/year). And, to facilitate their maintenance, the heat exchanger can be placed in an accessible location (closet, garage, attic, etc.). Finally, the turbines are maintenance-free.
