NEW 2016 EDMA TOOLS - MESH UNWINDER FOR EXTERIOR THERMAL INSULATION
SAVING TIME WHEN INSTALLING EXTERIOR THERMAL INSULATION
External thermal insulation (ETI) is an external insulation technique that significantly reduces heating energy consumption and ensures high insulation performance by eliminating structural thermal bridges, while protecting the building. Driven by the tightening of thermal regulations (RT2012), this market is growing rapidly, both in new construction and renovation, and is shaking up construction practices.
When installing exterior insulation under plaster (IESE), with polystyrene or rock wool panels, it is essential to cover the insulation with a reinforcing mesh to ensure a durable installation, without the risk of cracks. To be effective, this material must not be damaged during cutting. This is why EDMA Outillage has developed a new unroller specially designed for cutting reinforcing mesh, measuring 100 cm in width.
Made of high-quality aluminum, the new EDMA Outillage frame unwinder is very easy to transport thanks to its light weight (6 kg). Very practical, it can be used on the ground or hung on scaffolding thanks to its integrated hooks.
Equipped with an integrated counter, which directly indicates the drawn length, the new EDMA Outillage unwinder offers a clean and precise result and saves considerable time when cutting frames.
