The thinness of the blade and the perfectly sharpened teeth allow for effortless sawing!

Protective coating: a long lifespan

This coating reduces the adhesion of cutting residue (resin, glue) for a clean result. It protects the blade from corrosion and limits its heating.

Steel body: a non-deformable blade

For greater longevity, the blade body is made of hardened steel (hardness up to 46 HRC), a premium steel. Its high-precision laser cutting results in a blade with no warping.

Expansion slots: a stable blade

Thanks to laser-cut expansion slots with a special geometry, the blade is perfectly stable, more precise and quieter.

Pre-stressing ring: a perfectly flat blade

To remain non-deformable and perfectly flat during use, the blade has a pre-stressing ring which increases its rigidity.

Vibration control: always less vibration

Damping slots provide particularly smooth, quieter operation with much less vibration.
