The new AUTOGYRE DF VITAL'AIR QAI 90 VMC from the AIR'N LIFE range is ideal for new construction and renovation, for a home with 2 to 4 main rooms, equipped with a kitchen and up to 3 bathrooms. It is suitable for low-energy buildings and passive houses. Equipped with 2 speeds, it guarantees the quality of the indoor air by renewing the air in the home and thus offers excellent living comfort.

An intelligent module to detect pollutants

The VMC DF VITAL'AIR QAI 90 is equipped with an electronic QAI module (H2O, CO2, VOC detection). When the system detects a deterioration in the ambient air in the home, the CMV (mechanical ventilation) switches to a higher speed to eliminate pollutants. Once the air is purified, the CMV (mechanical ventilation) automatically returns to its normal speed.

Reinforced filtration and better filter management

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) VITAL'AIR IAQ

The Double Flow CMV is a motorized extraction and insufflation system with heat exchange between stale air and fresh air. It allows polluted air to be expelled to the outside and incoming air to be filtered.

Stale air passes through a heat exchanger before being discharged outside. Fresh air, without mixing with the polluted air, recovers energy by passing through the cross-flow exchanger. Thus thermally tempered, this healthy air is distributed into the main rooms through the supply vents via the distribution box.

Better thermal comfort with the bypass

Equipped with a manually controlled partial bypass, the AUTOGYRE DF VITAL'AIR QAI 90 VMC cools the air in summer to provide greater comfort, especially at night.

Located inside the heat exchanger, when activated by a simple press of the switch, it allows the majority of stale air to be diverted so that it is directly expelled outside the house. The fresh air is always filtered and recovers almost no more energy, so it can pleasantly cool the house on summer nights when the outside temperature is lower than the inside temperature.

Conversely, the bypass can recover free heat in mid-season by blowing hot air into the home directly after being filtered.
Automatic management mode or forced closing are activated via the pilot switch.
