According to the Indoor Air Quality Observatory (OQAI), 38% of households open their kitchen windows for more than half an hour per day, and 51% of them open their bedroom windows for more than half an hour per day, which results in energy waste, excessive heating consumption, and therefore higher heating bills. The solution to avoid these energy-consuming practices is to use controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV). It allows the air in the home to be constantly renewed, in relation to the indoor pressure or humidity level, and ensures the comfort and hygiene of the occupants.

Made in France, this new SF CMV ventilates the home while limiting heat loss, and allows for heating savings.

Repels humidity and limits heat loss

With its ergonomic design, the new CALIBRI PERF self-regulating single-flow CMV from HBH is ideal for renovations, in a 2 to 7 room home, equipped with a kitchen and up to 4 toilets (including 2 bathrooms or showers).
Class B, this SF VMC effectively prevents humidity by limiting heat loss, and maintains healthy air in all rooms thanks to high-performance equipment:

A threshold valve on the kitchen connection optimizes flow rates while limiting heat loss.

2 2HR Control humidity probes (1 on the kitchen tap and 1 on the main bathroom tap) allow you to detect humidity and automatically trigger high speed (HS). As soon as the humidity level exceeds 75% in the kitchen or bathroom, the CMV switches to high speed (HS), and as soon as the humidity has been evacuated, it returns to low speed (LS).
High speed can also be activated manually via a switch installed in the kitchen. After 30 minutes, the VMC returns to low speed.

QUICK'AIR STOP©: a perfectly watertight and successful installation

The CALIBRI PERF connections are reliable and simplified because The box is equipped with removable QUICK'AIR STOP© connections. This patented innovation guarantees watertightness between the ducts and each vent of the box, and facilitates the installation of the VMC.

Single-flow CMV allows for the air in the home to be constantly renewed. Outside air is brought in through the air inlets located in the living areas (living room, lounge, bedrooms, etc.) to the wet rooms where the extraction vents are located. These are connected, using ducts, to a box that will constantly expel stale air to the outside of the home. The humid air does not stagnate and pollutants are eliminated.
