Usable all year round and equipped with Inverter technology, the new QLIMA reversible air conditioners (two multi-split models and one monobloc model) constantly adjust their power (in air conditioning and heating mode), according to the programmed temperature, while dehumidifying the ambient air.
Multi-splits, the SCM 52 DUO and SCM 52 MULTI QLIMA wall-mounted air conditioners combine an outdoor unit with 2 or 3 indoor units (depending on the model), to be placed in the different rooms to be air-conditioned or heated.
As for the monobloc, fixed WDH 229 QLIMA device without external unit, particularly easy to install, it only cools or heats the room in which it is installed.
The three new QLIMA "Ready-to-Install" reversible air conditioners can cool or heat rooms from 60 to 100 m3. Energy-efficient, they are rated A++ in cooling mode and A+ in heating mode (multi-split models).

To cool or heat several rooms in the home
Energy-efficient and efficient, the SCM 52 DUO and SCM 52 MULTI QLIMA air conditioners feature an outdoor unit connected to several indoor units. This makes it possible to connect 2 (SCM 52 DUO) or 3 indoor units (SCM 52 MULTI) to cool and heat multiple rooms. These 2021 models come with 4 m of connections between the indoor and outdoor units, and the option to add two 4 m connections, for a total of 12 m.
Unlike a system operating in "all or nothing" mode, i.e. at 100% of its power each time it is switched on, the Inverter technology of QLIMA air conditioners automatically compensates for the slightest variation in temperature (in air conditioning or heating mode) and maintains an indoor temperature as close as possible to the set temperature. This reduces the air conditioner's electricity consumption by approximately 35% compared to that of an air conditioner without an inverter.
Three in one, the SCM 52 MULTI QLIMA air conditioner is also a dehumidifier that improves indoor comfort. Its highly efficient dehumidification function can extract up to 28,8 liters/24 hours.
For greater energy savings, simplicity, and comfort, the Wi-Fi interface of the new SCM 52 DUO and SCM 52 MULTI QLIMA reversible air conditioners allows them to be connected to the home network. From then on, it is possible to control the devices remotely and securely from a smartphone, tablet, or computer equipped with the dedicated Tuya application.
Installation procedures
QLIMA reversible air conditioners with an outdoor unit can be installed by an individual, but commissioning must be carried out by a professional (decree 2015-1790 of December 28, 2015). Committed to a quality approach, QLIMA offers commissioning packages for its “Ready to Install” air conditioners, via its network of RGE-certified professionals, i.e. €255 including tax for a DUO (no more than 2 x 4 m of connection per unit) and €290 including tax for a MULTI. And, for a complete, comfortable installation, QLIMA has also developed an “Installation and Commissioning” offer with a floor-standing outdoor unit, i.e. €879 including tax for a DUO and €1 including tax for a MULTI.
WDH 229 QLIMA monobloc reversible air conditioner
An easy-to-install indoor unit
Installing an outdoor air conditioning unit isn't always possible or permitted. That's why QLIMA offers the WDH 229 fixed monobloc reversible air conditioner without an outdoor unit. Installed on a wall facing outside, the indoor unit is easy to install. Only two 18 cm diameter holes in the wall (to be hidden behind decorative exterior grilles) are required to discharge and extract air. Since the air conditioner is perfectly airtight, the intervention of a certified technician is not required for its commissioning.
Perfect for new builds and renovations for rooms up to 85 m3, the WDH 229 QLIMA monobloc reversible air conditioner allows, in summer, to reject the heat of the home to the outside to cool it. In winter, it is the opposite. It captures calories from the ambient air outside to restore them inside the home. The WDH 229 QLIMA also allows the air to be treated by dehumidifying it, which improves ambient comfort.
Equipped with inverter technology, the WDH 229 QLIMA reaches the desired temperature very quickly. To maintain this set temperature, the compressor gradually reduces its capacity. As a result, overall energy consumption is significantly reduced (up to 35%) compared to a conventional unit.
Another advantage is that the WDH 229 QLIMA can be controlled simply with a remote control, or remotely, via the home's Wi-Fi network, with a smartphone, tablet or computer equipped with the dedicated Tuya application. By using the Tuya platform, QLIMA ensures that all their smart products can be part of larger digital platforms such as Tuya, Google Home and Alexa, in order to be part of a smart home solution with which all devices in the home can be centralized and controlled for a better customer experience.
