An innovative process

ROULOR® brand tool, MICROCRATER® is a new sleeve made of high-density polyester foam that has undergone a special treatment. This new technique, patented by NESPOLI Group, involves forming small craters on the surface of the foam. The roughness created contributes to better absorption of the lacquer by the sleeve and ensures high paint restitution power.

A new product dedicated to new alkyd lacquers

High density foam MICROCRATER® (which has a resistance of 52 kg/m2) was designed for the application of new alkyd lacquers used indoors. Drying very quickly, they do not give the painter time to make the necessary passes for good smoothing.

Thanks to the sleeve MICROCRATER® the professional obtains in a single pass, an ultra-tight appearance with a perfectly neat fine grain finish.

The sleeve MICROCRATER® is available in three widths: 110 mm (diameter 37), 120 mm (diameter 49) and 180 mm (diameter 80).

*Alkyd paint is a synthesis of glycerol and acrylic (synthetic resin in aqueous emulsion). Alkyd has the same taut appearance as a solvent-based paint while being less polluting. It is known for its good performance, easy maintenance and rapid drying.
