New concrete admixture CHRYSO®Fluid Premia 360

CHRYSO (Materis Group) is innovating in its range of concrete solutions with CHRYSO®Fluid Premia 360, a new-generation admixture designed specifically for the production of reinforced and prestressed concrete.
This admixture solution stands out for its exceptional qualities that enable it to meet the needs of 360° prefabrication. Indeed, CHRYSO®Fluid Premia 360 allows for extremely high early-age strengths while ensuring dynamic behavior of the concrete in its fresh state and good workability over time. Thanks to this superplasticizer, the concrete is particularly easy to implement and ensures a high-quality facing.

Significant water reduction for high mechanical performance
Chryso's R&D department is constantly working to improve admixture solutions, particularly to accelerate the strength of concrete while improving its behavior in the fresh state. The latest innovation in this field, CHRYSO®Fluid Premia 360, is a superplasticizer with one of the highest water-reducing properties on the market while ensuring the quality of fresh and hardened concrete. CHRYSO®Fluid Premia 360 thus makes it possible to achieve compressive strength (Rc) levels that comply with the most stringent regulatory and safety requirements.

Thanks to the water-reducing power of CHRYSO®Fluid Premia 360, formwork removal is faster regardless of the type of concrete (self-compacting, S4, S3, etc.) and regardless of the manufacturing process (steamed or not, vibrated, extruded or extruded).

A 360° solution perfectly suited to heavy prefabrication
CHRYSO®Fluid Premia 360 is one of the rare admixture solutions that combines both rapid acquisition of compressive strength and excellent dynamic behavior in the fresh state, providing fluidity and homogeneity to the mixture. A real asset for manufacturers of reinforced or prestressed structures:
- the passage of reinforcement is facilitated thanks to the low viscosity and perfect homogeneity of the concrete,
- the production of the prefabricated element is faster thanks to the level of fluidity obtained. The concrete is put in place easily and without effort.

In addition, concretes formulated with CHRYSO®Fluid Premia 360 respond very well to spinning as well as vibration.

CHRYSO®Fluid Premia 360 has been designed to offer a high level of performance even when the dosage of adjuvant or water changes (sand hygrometry and quantity of water added for mixing, in particular).

Improved siding quality
The quality of a prefabricated element is measured by its mechanical performance, but also by the quality of its cladding. Thanks to the properties of CHRYSO®Fluid Premia 360, prestressed beams and reinforced pre-slabs have a coated appearance that is free of micro-bubbles and uniform in color.

With this new additive, perfect reproducibility of parts is guaranteed from one production to another.

Compatible with TurboCast® acceleration solution
The most demanding manufacturers will be able to use CHRYSO®Fluid Premia 360 as part of the TurboCast® program, CHRYSO's precast concrete acceleration solution. Combined with CHRYSO®Turbo F50 and CHRYSO®Cast M50, this new "superplasticizer" significantly increases the production rates of precast elements.
