New range of Art InFine landing door block finishes: 7 lines with a contemporary design

A reinforced and customizable design

Designed in collaboration with interior designer Anne-Catherine Pierrey, the Art InFine range features a very contemporary design.

The seven lines, whose names evoke a musicality imbued with elegance, bring a particular movement to the landings. These lines are available in 52 facing finishes and 3 types of gouge lines with or without the insertion of matte or chrome beading, allowing Malerba to offer a choice of 1092 combinations! In addition, other accessories (pull knob, rosette, protection plate, etc.) reinforce the customization of the door sets. Thanks to this range, the recognized technical performance of Malerba products is reinforced by a timeless aesthetic adapted to each project down to the smallest detail.

A unique installation system on the market to guarantee construction site risks

The patented Ulys® system was developed exclusively by Malerba for this new range. Thanks to a completely invisible and reliable attachment, the cladding is installed at the last minute. This innovation allows

to install the door blocks in order to secure the site, without risk of deterioration of the facing linked to the progress of the different phases of work.

Thanks to its ease of installation, the panel can be installed in just a few minutes.

If necessary, the cladding can be replaced quickly and independently of the leaf. This is an efficient and innovative solution that also reduces maintenance costs. 

Increased security

The performance of Malerba landing doors meets current construction and safety standards. With a door thickness of 68 mm and an A2P BP1 and BP2 certified burglar-resistant reinforced door, the Art InFine range offers great peace of mind to both buyers and social landlords.

The leaves are equipped, depending on their security level, with a 5-point/5-box lock or a 3-point/3-box lock. Burglary resistance is enhanced by the presence of anti-theft pins and the possibility of integrating a door stay and a micro-viewer. The standard width of the leaves (910, 950 and more) and their

threshold, with a height of less than 20 mm, guarantees accessibility for people with reduced mobility and provides additional comfort of use for all occupants.
