Soft and less resistant than exotic woods, resinous woods can crack under the influence of bad weather and temperature variations, and turn gray under the action of UV rays. Cecil Professionnel has therefore developed a new microporous saturator for resinous and autoclaved wood, the first on the market to benefit from the Terraces Ecolabel: EXT Aqua.



In aqueous phase, EXT Aqua regulates the humidity of the wood to prevent it from cracking.Its microporous formula allows the wood to breathe.



Its anti-UV action protects the surface and prevents the wood from turning gray.



Its matte appearance helps preserve the raw appearance of the wood.

The new EXT Aqua saturator for softwood/autoclaved wood from Cecil Professionnel benefits from the specific Ecolabel for Terraces. The criteria of this Ecolabel are not only ecological but are also linked to the performance of the products (suitability for use):



- UV resistance : durability test equivalent to the Ecolabel for stains (QUV 500 hours).



- Traffic resistance : test equivalent to the Ecolabel for varnishes (Taber Abrasion Test 1000 cycles: mass loss less than 70 mg).

NEW: Prolongs the pearling effect - EXT Dperl WATERPROOFING - Composite wood

When new, composite woods have a waterproofing layer that makes them water and oil repellent. This protective layer gives them a beading effect that prevents grease and water from penetrating the surface, and prevents the surface from staining. Over time, this protection disappears and the surface becomes porous.



The Cecil Professionnel research center has developed a waterproofer for composite wood that penetrates the surface to make it water and oil repellent: EXT Dperl.



Made from fluorinated resin and silicate, The formulation of EXT Dperl makes the support water-repellent, protecting it from dirt of all kinds, and oil-repellent, preventing the greasiest stains from penetrating the support.



Its high resistance to UV and weathering helps prolong the pearling effect. EXT Dperl's colorless finish does not alter the appearance of the wood.

NEW: For stripping without rinsing - AX DKP Dry super-powerful “dry residue” stripper

To restore garden furniture, shutters, etc. that have suffered the ravages of time, stripping is essential. It removes old stains, paints, or damaged and peeling varnishes, before applying a new finish that will protect the wood. To simplify this operation and provide the best user experience, Cecil Professionnel is launching a new, ultra-powerful, no-rinse “dry residue” stripper: AXP DKP Dry. With this new product, no more paint films that turn into viscous sludge, which requires rinsing the surface and drying time before applying a finish.



Ready to use, the powerful AX DKP Dry stripper quickly removes old finishes and transforms the paint film into a non-sticky waste. Dry residues (on acrylic paints and varnishes) or powders (on glycero paints and varnishes) are easier to remove and do not require rinsing.



Its effectiveness allows, once the support is stripped, applying a new finish 1 hour after stripping, unlike conventional strippers which require 24 hours for the surface to dry. Its slightly gelled texture allows for greater comfort of application on vertical surfaces.

Finally, AX DKP Sec does not blacken wood, and its formulation, without chlorine derivatives, is non-irritant.
