New range of Bosch Professional humidity and temperature detection tools

Bosch Professional is launching a new segment in its measuring instrument portfolio with humidity and temperature measurement tools. The GDH 1-17 Professional thermo-hygrometer, the GMM 1-15 Professional pinless moisture meter, and the GMP 1-13 Professional and GMP 2-15 Professional pin-type moisture meters are distinguished by their ergonomic and robust design, precision, and large measuring range. Combined with the new GLM 40-31 Professional laser distance meter, they can meet a wide range of applications, even under extreme conditions.
To work with greater autonomy and flexibility, they have the Dual Power dual power supply to operate with a Lithium-Ion BA 3.7V 1.0Ah A battery or 2 AA LR6 batteries.

With the new Bosch GDH 1-17 thermo-hygrometer, architects, energy consultants, plumbers, HVAC professionals, building inspectors and carpenters can quickly measure temperature (-20°C to +50°C) and humidity (5% to 95% RH) levels in the air. 

Monitoring air humidity levels in storage areas or in a room, identifying the degree of humidity to assess the energy efficiency of a building, checking the performance of HVAC systems, identifying areas with high humidity in the air... is very easy with the GDH 1-17 Professional.

It monitors in real time and with high precision the min/max values ​​of 5 key temperature variables:

• air temperature,
• the relative humidity level,
• the dew point,
• wet bulb temperature,
• the absolute humidity level.

For easy reading of relative humidity results, the GDH 1-17 Professional features a user-adjustable variable threshold scale (green and red).

A valuable aid for plasterers, painters, architects, plumbers, carpenters, etc., the new Bosch Professional GMM 1-15 pinless moisture meter inspects surfaces to detect possible water damage, locate hidden leaks, measure the moisture content of drywall, concrete, masonry, check the moisture level of wood, areas that could generate mold, etc.

With its non-invasive material sensor, it can monitor and measure the moisture content of 37 wood species and 10 building materials. The adjustable variable threshold scale with a color display allows for quick interpretation of results. 
Reference mode allows you to compare humidity levels in different locations to a dry reference area.

With its compact and ergonomic design, the GMM 1-15 Professional is easy to use and comfortable to hold. Its high-contrast color LCD display ensures better visibility of results. Its intuitive interface features a start/stop/back button, a settings button, and a center button to hold the display for easy recording and analysis of data. An adjustable beep emitted at each measurement confirms the measurement.

For professionals who want to take quick and accurate measurements of humidity levels, the new Bosch Professional GMP 1-13 and Professional GMP 2-15 pin moisture meters are ideal. They reliably identify sources of moisture that cause mold or water damage, and assess the moisture content of materials such as wood, drywall, plaster, or concrete to ensure optimal conditions during work (painting, wallpapering, parquet flooring, etc.). 

By inserting the two pins into the materials, the user can take measurements from -20°C to 50°C, in 37 wood species and 10 building materials.

The GMP 1-13 Professional and GMP 2-15 Professional have an adjustable variable threshold scale that facilitates the interpretation of measurements according to user preferences. 
An automatic/manual self-test verifies the calibration before each use to ensure accurate results.

The GMP 2-15 Professional has a thermo-hygrometer sensor to monitor ambient temperature and relative humidity, and thus ensure the quality and longevity of the materials.

Durable and highly robust, the GMP 1-13 Professional and GMP 2-15 Professional are designed to withstand the harshest construction site conditions. Their reinforced rubber housing with an IP65 rating guarantees protection against water and dust.

Compact and functional, these pin-type moisture meters offer a comfortable grip with their knurled (TPE) coated handle. They are easy to use, thanks to their particularly intuitive interface, their high-contrast color LCD screen that optimizes the readability of measurements, their start/stop/back and settings buttons. A central button ensures easy navigation, allows you to hold the display to simplify the transfer of measured values, and to view the last 3 measurement results.

Compact, the new Bosch Professional GLM 40-31 laser distance meter offers exceptional versatility and guarantees perfectly reliable measurements whatever the working conditions. 

With a range of 40 m, 7 measuring modes and an automatic calculation function, the GLM 40-31 Professional is suitable for a wide range of applications. Carpenters, building tradespeople, electricians, plumbers/heating engineers, etc. can quickly produce, with an accuracy of ± 1,5 mm:

• continuous measurements,
• distance measurements,
• surface measurements,
• volume measurements,
• indirect heights (Pythagorean function),
