New ThermoPrédalle® BA 0,45 from Rector

To meet the new RE2020 regulations, Rector is upgrading its range of prefabricated concrete systems dedicated to collective housing and tertiary buildings insulated from the inside with ThermoPréalle® BA 0,45. This new prefabricated floor with integrated thermal breaks guarantees the thermal performance of all constructions, with or without balconies, regardless of the level, the seismic zone and the direction of the span.

The thermal performance of ThermoPrédalle® BA 0,45 has been improved by 25% and its impact on the energy consumption and carbon emissions of a building have been demonstrated by a study carried out by a design office.

Compatible in all seismic zones in metropolitan France, the Rector ThermoPrédalle® BA 0,45 has been validated by an Experimental Technical Assessment (ATEx).

Thanks to its factory-integrated thermal breakers, it is as easy to install as a conventional pre-slab. It does not require any handling of the breakers during installation, thus saving time on site. An installation plan is provided upon delivery.
