OKNOPLAST PARTNERS WITH COFIDIS
Presented at the end of 2021 to all Premium Partners during the OKNOLIVE TOUR, the partnership project between OKNOPLAST and Cofidis is taking off and attracting more and more resellers and end customers. Supporting distributors with financing solutions is a real asset to better transform the sales of OKNOPLAST products thanks to a solid partner, capable of monitoring their growth over the long term.

By choosing the Cofidis group, OKNOPLAST has relied on a major European lending player, with a 40-year history. Working with major names and retail chains, this new partner is also a veteran in the housing and renovation sector. "We wanted a leading financing organization with a strong reputation among professionals and individuals, but also capable of rolling out this service nationwide. For its part, Cofidis was looking for a new major network in the home improvement sector. This partnership naturally became a natural fit for both entities." explains Romain Somet, Commercial Director France OKNOPLAST.
Offering financing is far from an easy process, which is why it was essential for OKNOPLAST to partner with a company that would be able to provide constant, local support for each of its resellers. These teams are in direct contact with Cofidis sales managers in their region to receive training for their teams. Through this support, the goal is simple: to increase the sales teams' skills in integrating financing solutions into each of their client projects.
Tailor-made support
Keen to best support its customers in this new system, OKNOPLAST and Cofidis offer each Premium Partner the opportunity to benefit from marketing tools to animate their point of sale. To this end, posters, stickers and roll-ups will be created to allow promotion within each showroom, but also during external events such as trade shows, fairs, open days, etc.
"Our goal is to simplify the OKNOPLAST Premium Partner process and democratize financing for end customers. The benefits are numerous:
- For individuals, a simplification of the customer journey and the possibility of carrying out all of the planned work in a single operation.
- For Premium Partners, improvement of the average basket and increase in the quote conversion rate.

Thanks to this partnership, Premium resellers have a tailor-made offer negotiated with OKNOPLAST defining a project budget, a range of adapted monthly payments, a 100% paperless process, simplified simulation and subscription tools and personalized monitoring for each file.
Delphine Tricoire, Sales Manager of the company A4 Rénovation (14) has been working with Cofidis since January 2022 and shares her experience: “Having been made aware of this in November 2021 during the OKNOPLAST Roadshow, we were very keen to set up such a partnership. It was therefore only natural that we launched this project at the beginning of January 2022. We will soon be integrating a financing tab into our costing tool to enable us to more easily inform the end customer about the solutions that can be offered to them.
