Parexlanko: a new mortar that simplifies concrete repairs

To meet all the needs of repair work on site, the 770 LANKOREP QUICK END combine:

• a practical duration of use (DPU) of 35 minutes (at 20°C) to 10 minutes (at 30°C);
• completion in 1 hour 15 minutes for continuity of the work without loss of time;
• compliant with standard NF EN 1504-03, this mortar is classified R3
• its versatility allows it to be applied from 2 to 50 mm thick while guaranteeing a perfect surface condition

Thanks to its intrinsic qualities and ease of use, Parexlanko's 770 LANKOREP FIN RAPIDE is the ideal solution for all concrete repairs (honeycombs, stair nosings, etc.), concrete restructuring (balconies, terraces, paving, etc.), but also for reinforcing weakened structures, repairs to swimming pools and private basins, treating passive cracks and treating grooves and valleys in waterproofing work.

770 LANKOREP QUICK END: SIMPLIFIED IMPLEMENTATION

While rapid repair mortars are used for their ability to set quickly, they must still allow the user time to work the mixture. To address this issue, Parexlanko has formulated a mortar using sands, special cements, fibers, and additives that allows for easy application in a temperature range of +5°C to +30°C. Even for thicknesses of 2 mm, the mortar can be applied under optimal conditions for flawless results. 

With its high compactness, 770 LANKOREP FIN RAPIDE can be applied manually with a trowel or mechanically with a sandblaster (up to 20°C ambient temperature).

770 LANKOREP RAPID FIN: HIGH-LEVEL RESISTANCE FOR LONG-LASTING REPAIR

Designed to repair and extend the life of damaged structures, 770 LANKOREP FIN RAPIDE guarantees good durability of repaired concrete. Compliant with standard NF EN 1504-03, 770 LANKOREP FIN RAPIDE is classified R3.

Its very closed porosity considerably limits the progression of carbonation and thus delays the degradation of concrete. Formulated from PMES cement, 770 LANKOREP FIN RAPIDE is very resistant to attacks in the marine environment: salt spray, tidal zone, etc.
