Timber construction and timber cladding have been on the rise for several years and are increasingly used in collective and commercial housing.
However, to protect them for many years from aggression and atmospheric hazards, it is essential to apply a finishing product.

Recognized by parquet flooring professionals for its expertise in the protection, maintenance and finishing of interior wooden floors, Plastor opened up to the outdoors by launching a complete range to protect wooden terraces in 2011. Today, Plastor is further expanding its offering with stains, to sustainably preserve all wooden architecture.
Complete and efficient, this new range of stains meets the specific requirements of each project, whether new or renovated.

To ensure that craftsmen can successfully complete their projects with complete peace of mind, Plastor has designed new stains that benefit from the latest innovations in ease of application and performance level to ensure the best result.

As with domestic products, Plastor relies on tests, labels and certifications to guarantee high-quality exterior finishes. Thus, artificial aging tests according to the NF EN 927-6 methodology are carried out by the FCBA.

Furthermore, Plastor places the health of professional applicators and improving indoor air quality at the heart of its concerns. In this approach, Plastor always seeks to rely on existing environmental labels issued by accredited organizations.

All Plastor stains therefore have very low levels of solvent and pollutant emissions, allowing indoor use without danger for applicators or residents.

Impregnation:

An essential step before applying a stain, impregnation will help the finish adhere to all raw wood and seal the base.

NEW PUR-T ISOL: Universal impregnation stain for all tannic or exotic woods 

The new PUR-T ISOL impregnating stain prevents brown stains and runs from appearing on the surface of tannic woods thanks to a tannin-blocking agent. Its fluid, fine-particle resin-based formula penetrates deeply and adheres perfectly to hard and difficult woods. It can be used on both new and heavily damaged wood.

- 1 single undercoat of PUR-T ISOL impregnation stain on new wood for all construction sites to work in accordance with DTU regulations.
- Very comfortable to use, its texture has been specially designed to be both fluid, in order to penetrate the surface well. It is easy to apply, without dripping, for rapid implementation on site.

Plastor's new finishing stains contain UV protection. Microporous and water-repellent, they are formulated with resins that give the film enough flexibility to perfectly follow the dimensional variations of the wood.

NEW PUR-T SUV: A total screen resistant to water and UV rays

The new water-based PUR-T SUV finishing stain is based on self-crosslinking resin. Specially designed to decorate and protect exterior wood (cladding, wooden constructions, etc.), PUR-T SUV High Protection will generate on the support a total screen that is highly resistant to water and UV rays.

Reinforced with anti-UV agents, PUR-T SUV prevents wood from turning grey, even when exposed to the most extreme conditions.

NEW PRIMO-T GEL: Protection for difficult construction sites

Based on High Dry Extract alkyd resin, the new PRIMO-T gel Plastor stain provides optimal protection against climatic aggressions thanks to its filling powerIts reinforced adhesion makes it ideal for application on all old stains.
It provides excellent coating of the edges of the wood which allows significantly reduce water and moisture entry points, and thus strengthens the durability of the support.
