A human-sized network to create your agency while receiving support   Already 24 agencies are developing the Cybel Extension brand throughout France, and in 5 years, great projects have come to fruition.    Didier Fontaine, president of Cybel Extension, looks back at the origins of the network's creation: "It all started with an observation, confirmed by an 18-month field study: a diffuse, not always clear offer from non-specialist players... for a growing market (one in two building permits concerns a house extension)."   Cybel Extension is aimed at building professionals who are passionate about their work, have solid experience in project management and are keen to take action to improve individual homes. The network's goal is to integrate new independent general contractors from the construction sector who want to start their own business while benefiting from advice and collective initiatives. The network's head office provides ongoing training and tailored support, and encourages dialogue through constant availability and listening. What is usually necessary becomes even more so during times of crisis. When a couple or a family owns a house and plans to live "bigger" and if possible without changing the environment or infrastructure, the option of extending the house presents itself as a solution to be studied closely.  "We strongly believe that more and more French people are fans of "living well at home" and "buying locally," which encourages the use of local professionals to improve their homes." explains Cécile Genest.
