Pre-Batimat 2017: Warema will present its innovations for solar protection

Warema, the European leader in technical solar protection products, will unveil its new products and range developments at the Batimat trade show from November 6 to 10, 2017, in Paris (Hall 4, Stand F30). The German manufacturer is highlighting its innovative strength in the solar protection sector and is making this event a platform for discovering its innovative solutions, thus providing architects, specifiers, and project owners with answers to their needs.

A blind that highlights the architecture of the building and is weather resistant

The new 80 AF (06) Premium slatted blind , extremely wind-resistant up to 30 meters per second, can remain extended even in strong winds. In addition to providing protection against glare and prying eyes, this new exterior blind combines high-end design with flexible integration options. Its one-millimeter thickness of extruded material gives it a particularly robust appearance. Installation is similar to that of standard adjustable sunshades. The design, with its support rail and sturdy mounting system, adapts to all types of buildings. This blind is available in maximum height and width dimensions of 3,5 meters.

ProVisio, the new multifunctional adjustable sunshade

The ProVisio exterior sunshade offers more than just a standard exterior sunshade. It not only provides protection from heat, glare, and prying eyes, but also combines these benefits with optimal visibility. This immediately enhances comfort in four ways: a pleasant indoor climate, comfortable lighting, preserved privacy, and a clear view to the outside. Thanks to its adjustable louvers, the ProVisio adjustable sunshade allows approximately 80 percent of the view to the outside to be maintained, making it suitable for use in private homes, offices, and medical practices.

Blinds made from Sea-Tex, a fabric created from recycled ocean plastic

Warema will be showcasing a remarkable innovation at the Batimat trade fair – blinds made from Sea-Tex, a fabric created from recycled ocean plastic. Sea-Tex meets tear-resistance requirements and also carries the Öko-Tex certification (or Oeko-Tex in France), a label guaranteeing the absence of harmful substances.

Another feature is that the fabric is flame-retardant (B1 fire resistance class), antistatic, and suitable for humid environments. Warema therefore offers a wide range of roller blinds with or without cassettes, Japanese blinds, and vertical blinds made of durable material. The color range includes five subtle tones (white, gray, black, natural, sand).
