Profils Systèmes unveils its new Trinidad® 015JA series aluminum blind

Equipped with a 51 mm frame, perfectly compatible with the sliding and striking systems of the Dzao® range, the Trinidad® louvered window guarantees optimal management of natural ventilation, while ensuring adjustable solar protection. It can accommodate 6 mm thick glass, aluminum, wood or mixed infill slats, with three possible heights: 120 mm, 150 mm or adjustable, in order to adapt to the needs of each project.

Since January 2025, two major developments have enriched the range: a new handle with the Factory Spirit® design as well as two new profiles.

The new, completely redesigned handle now offers five blade opening positions (0°, 23°, 45°, 68°, 90°) for precise control of both ventilation and solar gain. Its sleek style incorporates an invisible fixing and can be lacquered in the exclusive Profils Systèmes colors.[1], including Terra Cigala®, Profils Colors® and the latest Éclats Bruts®, with a 25-year color retention guarantee. An adjustable driver also allows the slats to be perfectly aligned during installation. This handle is also available for all Profils Systèmes blind models.

In terms of profiles, the louvered shutter is now available in a Factory Spirit® design model measuring 35 x 26 mm, designed for widths up to 900 mm and a height of 990 mm. A second reinforced 35 x 37 mm glass blade profile has been specially developed for large openings, allowing widths up to 1200 mm while maintaining the same height.

The technical design of the Trinidad® has also been optimized to facilitate its assembly and maintenance. Thanks to a dedicated punching tool, machining is reduced to a minimum: drainage, crosspiece/upright assembly, variable pitch blade holes and integration of the insect screen by simple clipping. Note that the side uprights are available in two versions, one of which consists of two complementary half-profiles allowing access to the mechanism without disassembly, even once the louver is installed and sealed. This device also guarantees reliable external sealing, including on frames installed at height, without the need for a crane, cradle or ladder. In order to achieve XXL widths, Profils Systèmes has thought of everything and also designed adaptation and connection profiles to join several louvers laterally.

Finally, note that two closing mechanisms are offered: by cremone bolt or by winch, in manual or motorized version, in order to ensure comfort of use adapted to each situation.

It should be noted that with only five basic profiles ensuring management of the entire range, the Trinidad® louvered shutter considerably simplifies stock logistics while meeting the highest architectural requirements.
