Lyon Airports real estate program

The inauguration of the Air Campus pilot and aircrew training center was celebrated on September 6, 2011.

Airparc takes off!

CFA Rhône-Alpes Auvergne (Duval Financial Group) also confirms the reservation

of more than 1 m000 of offices and thus announces the start of work on a first

office building at the end of the year for handover of the keys at the end of 2012.

Only 570 m2 are still available for rent in this first Airparc building

while the second phase, which will offer offices and mixed premises, is already scheduled

for 2013.

Airparc Lyon-Saint Exupéry, an ambitious program that appeals

The Airparc Lyon-Saint Exupéry business park, located at the southern entrance to the airport, brings together, at the initiative of its

CFA Rhône-Alpes Auvergne promoter (Duval Financial Group):

- the Air Campus aeronautical training center, a true global innovation,

- a 20 m business park² SHON including office buildings and mixed office and activity buildings, which can be adapted, tailor-made (plan, surfaces, services), to the specific needs of users

Air Campus, satisfaction

Scheduled for May 2011, delivery of Air Campus took place on April 27, 2011, less than 7 months after the

start of work. A performance which underlines, if necessary, the quality of the services provided by

CFA Rhône-Alpes Auvergne and the companies in charge of the work.

Initial user feedback is very positive both in terms of architectural rendering and ergonomics.

of use. As Mr. Patrick Mc DONALD, General Director of Air Campus, points out, the relationship between the hall that houses the flight simulators and the training areas is particularly pleasant and very easy to use.

End of 2012: First Airparc office building

CFA Rhône-Alpes Auvergne obtained the building permit for the first office building in the Airparc business park on March 21, 2011.

Certified BBC by Certivéa, this first building is already 2/3 sold, which confirms the interest of users in this qualitative and strategic location.

CFA Rhône-Alpes Auvergne is offering the remaining 570 m² of space in the first Airparc building for rent.

Work will begin in December 2011 with delivery scheduled for December 2012.

Clear horizon for opportunities

CFA Rhône-Alpes Auvergne will submit the building permit application for a second tranche of 5 m²

SHON of the business park, which will offer office and mixed-use, business-office buildings, at the end of

the year 2011 to ensure delivery during 2013.

Like the approach taken for Air Campus, CFA Rhône-Alpes Auvergne listens to users,

and can thus adapt the layout, plans and services of Airparc to respond exactly to their needs

specific needs.

Notice to savvy entrepreneurs looking for a strategic location...
