Quadri, the new openwork wood cladding from Protac

Praised by architects and builders, cladding naturally finds its place in new construction and renovation projects.
PROTAC, a specialist in indoor and outdoor wood products, is leveraging its technical expertise to combine the elegance of solid wood with the modernity of this cladding category. With its new Quadri openwork cladding offering, PROTAC is clearly demonstrating its ambition to stay as close as possible to current trends and asserting its position in the building envelope market.

Aesthetic and durable, PROTAC's Quadri openwork cladding showcases the properties of wood, a high-quality, natural, and renewable material. PEFC-certified, it is part of a strong environmental approach.

A sleek, highly contemporary design
Made up of square or rectangular profile slats, PROTAC's Quadri openwork wood cladding is installed vertically in compliance with the new DTU 41.2 standard.
Regularly spaced at a maximum of one centimeter, the disjointed blades give life to a subtle play of light by cleverly combining the full and the empty. This arrangement offers a clean and contemporary rendering to the building, and the cladding brings real added value in renovation.
With a small section (40 x 40 mm / 40 x 68 mm), the profiles of Quadri skeleton cladding are designed with 4 right angles which give the facade a great modernity.
Quadri skeleton wood cladding is available in two finish ranges that highlight the grain of the wood and enhance its character:
• Clinexel®, paint finish available in 20 opaque shades: Mercury, Bauxite, Cobalt, Carbon, Steppe, Taiga, Tundra, Canopy, Sirocco, Cirus, Azure, Lagoon, Iceberg, Platinum, Bazalt, Intense Black, Light, Mineral, Graphite and Ruby.
• Essentiel®, saturator finish available in 5 translucent shades: Honey, Golden, Walnut, Silver and Dark.

An installation method designed for a lasting result and perfect aesthetics
Placed vertically to avoid the phenomenon of water retention and meet the criteria of the new DTU 41.2, the cladding is positioned on cleats "special skylight" in black paint finish for a highly aesthetic rendering. By concealing the structure of the cladding, the battens bring a touch of elegance to the whole.
With attention to detail and to ensure the correct application of the finishing guarantee, PROTAC recommends panel installation with rear pointing of the cladding profiles, making the fixings perfectly invisible.
