PTC, A COMPLETE RANGE FOR CONCRETE WORK

Founded in 1928, Processus Techniques de construction (PTC) is at the origin of the vibration of concrete by immersion of the vibrator.

The PTC range today includes:

MASTER, an electronic vibrating needle for demanding vibration work

To improve the strength and finish of concrete, BOMAG offers MASTER, an electronic vibrating needle with integrated converter, ideal for demanding vibration work.

To withstand the toughest stains, the MASTER features a standard steel tip, an integrated shock-resistant electronic box and thermal protection.

For increased efficiency, it also has a system, integrated into the box, for self-diagnosis of faults using diodes.

Its different diameters (up to 60 mm) and its power of 12000 VIB/min make it an ideal tool for tackling the most demanding vibration jobs.

Finally, to make work easier, it weighs only 21 kg max, has a 5 meter hose and a 15 meter power cable.

As an option, a rubber tip is available on the MASTER diameters 50 and 60.

POWER, the thermal engine for construction sites without electricity or compressed air

The POWER is a thermal engine driving a mechanical needle (called BASIC) or a water pump (called HYDRO) by flexible transmission.

Powered by a gasoline engine, the POWER is immediately operational, even on construction sites without electricity or compressed air.

Its 3 rpm and 200 hp allow it to offer significant working capacity.

For greater strength, the POWER motor is mounted on anti-vibration mounts in a tubular metal frame.

HYDRO (cable pump) is a no-prime, 6-meter reinforced flexible transmission, dirty water pump with a complete 3" (Ø 75) firefighter connection allowing complete, easy, quick and extremely safe disassembly.

BASIC (vibrating needle) has a reinforced 5-meter flexible transmission, a vibrating needle (diameter 38 or 45 to choose from) with steel tip as standard.

Finally, the transport of these different elements is made easier by their small size.

TWISTER, power trowels with excellent value for money

For smoothing and coloring concrete floors, BOMAG offers TWISTER mechanical trowels.

Ideal for paving slab layers and rental companies, the TWISTERs are very efficient with a power ranging from 4 to 9 HP (depending on the model), the simplicity of design allows for easy maintenance.

They have various sets of 4 blades to meet all needs: Smoothing plate, roughing blades, mixed blades, finishing blades.

To make work easier, the latter are adjusted mechanically using a wheel on the handlebars.

The folding arm makes the device easy to transport and store, its robustness is ensured by reinforced protection of the rotor and the motor by hoops as well as a very resistant transfer box.

Complete, the TWISTERs are therefore very good value for money.

The TWISTERs are available in diameters of 60, 90 and 120.
