Skylights and exposed rafters for a Vérancial veranda in Saône-et-Loire

Vérancial presents its latest project in Saône-et-Loire (71), designed by its local partner ACP Vérandas. The owners wanted to expand their living space and enjoy the view year-round. Facing due east, this 30m² multi-sided aluminum veranda perfectly meets their needs and now houses a new living room and dining room opening onto the garden.

Due to the architectural complexity of the house, which has an internal angle on the facade, the veranda required a trapezoidal floor plan and a completely custom design.

In fact, the roof has been specially treated and rests on a central beam and tubular rafters reinforced by transverse brackets. Painted anthracite gray, the rafters, with their thermal inertia on the underside, emphasize the exposed beam style and contribute to the elegance of this extension. For optimal comfort in all seasons, the roof is composed of:

Made in the same anthracite grey (RAL 7016) as the beams, the veranda blends perfectly with the masonry facade of the house, the paving of the terrace and features meticulous finishes:

it is surrounded by a designer peripheral gutter with a riser, allowing the ends of the roof rafters to be hidden,
