Customer relations and POS: Kemper System simplifies its waterproofing offering

KEMPER SYSTEM, the world leader in liquid waterproofing, recognized for its high-performance, technical and certified KEMPEROL® systems, is characterized by the quality of its service and technical support.
At the beginning of the year, KEMPER SYSTEM redesigned its information system for its distributor network: new POS tools were created to supplement training and facilitate access to KEMPEROL® waterproofing systems.

A strong development strategy
Kemper System distributes its KEMPEROL® waterproofing systems through a network of specialized contractors - applicators - approved and trained by the company, and also through a network of specialized distributors (e.g. Larivière, Asturienne, specialized cooperatives ORCAB, etc.).
Present in distribution since 2007, the Kemper System brand now wishes to simplify its waterproofing offering to its network.

Kemper System at the service of distributors
Renowned for the technical expertise of its products, Kemper System regularly develops and updates its training programs for distributors. Keen to maintain high-quality, ongoing customer relationships, the marketing team has developed an educational and technical POS offering tailored to the needs of distributors.
The result of upstream research, based on an analysis of the network's needs, this marketing approach initiated by the Kemper System team provides greater visibility to the Kemperol® range to facilitate access and use of the products. These POS tools* also complement the training provided by means of effective and ongoing technical support. “Fun and attractive, these tools are accessible on a self-service basis and provide customers with technical and practical explanations of the products.”, explains Jean-Michel Goupil, director of the Larivière agency in Fougères (35).

“Kemper Expo” simplifies the offer
Kemper System designs the "Kemper Expo," a display unit with multiple functions and small dimensions to better identify and visualize the characteristics of Kemperol® liquid waterproofing systems: advantages, compatibilities, and applications. It presents the supports compatible with these products: metal, wood, insulation, concrete, PVC/synthetic membrane, bitumen.
This POS tool provides a sample allowing you to touch, test and understand the polymerized product according to its applications. A KEMPEROL guide, a true charter of liquid waterproofing solutions, demonstrates the competitive advantages and areas of application of the waterproofing solution: concrete roof terrace, bitumen, synthetic membrane, gutter renovation, singular points of the roof terrace...
