At the origin of Activ Travaux, Christian Gahinet, Manuel Hautreux and Hervé Blandin who, at the end of 2005, created in Rennes a construction brokerage brand which today brings together 80 dealers present throughout France (including 7 in Ille-et-Vilaine).
