Rénopro: Camif Habitat's expertise in professional renovation
Camif Habitat launches an offer for the renovation and fitting out of professional premises
A leader in the home renovation market for nearly 30 years, Camif Habitat is launching Rénopro, an offering aimed at businesses. The goal is to enable them to benefit from the renovation expertise of its national network of building professionals.
The Rénopro offer supports projects for the renovation, rehabilitation, expansion or development of premises for professional use in sectors such as hotels, restaurants, retail, etc., but also in companies in the tertiary and industrial sectors or local authorities.
Initially, Camif Habitat is targeting franchise networks, industrial companies and medical-social and health establishments more specifically.
THE CAMIF HABITAT METHOD APPLIED TO BUSINESSES
Similar to what it does in the individual housing market, Camif Habitat offers full management of the work, from project analysis to completion, including design and coordination. As a general contractor, it bears full responsibility for the project until the work is handed over.
Camif Habitat commits to the deadlines, price and quality of the work by contract, while facilitating administrative procedures thanks to a single, centralized billing point.
To secure projects, Camif Habitat has also implemented a rigorous process based on key stages: project definition (contact with the project manager), pre-work visit, study, costed proposal, signing of the contract, completion of the work, acceptance of the completed work and then after-sales service.
To successfully carry out all the projects, Camif Habitat created a specific organizational structure: account managers and independent sales agents dedicated to prospecting and customer follow-up, a national key account manager, a telephone reception platform and the implementation of a website: www.renopro.fr
Camif Habitat also relies on its network of more than 3.000 professionals (architects, project managers, craftsmen and construction companies) united around the same demand for quality.
Thanks to ongoing customer monitoring (both commercially and technically) and uniformity of intervention throughout France, Camif Habitat provides a targeted response to the needs of businesses.
A MARKET ESTIMATED AT 24 BILLION EUROS
With its new offering, Camif Habitat is opening up significant growth prospects. The non-residential building improvement market is estimated at €24 billion, representing nearly 40% of the total maintenance and renovation business. Non-residential buildings represent a stock of approximately 2,3 billion m² (2% in the agricultural sector, 42% in the tertiary sector, and 37% in the industrial sector).
