The work of Gérard Coron-Dall'o's team, which focuses on sales promotion, technical promotion, and network development, is bearing fruit. This third quarter saw the opening of three new dealerships in northern Aveyron, the Loire, and the Pyrénées-Atlantiques regions.
3 new dealerships open their doors
Clearly, the lockdown hasn't dampened French entrepreneurs' desire for development and growth. Xavier Ryncarz, Alexandre Verdier, and Michaël Ramah are the perfect examples! These three business leaders have just joined the Lorenove network and opened their respective dealerships: "LORENOVE MOLENAT AUBIN," "LORENOVE ROANNE," and "LORENOVE PAU."
THREE NEW DEALERS FOR THE SAME ADDED VALUE
Given the network development strategy which aims to prioritize the quality of the partnership over quantity, LORENOVE capitalizes on the strengths and experience that entrepreneurs possess in order to lay a solid foundation for their success.
Xavier RYNCARZ, Manager of the "LORENOVE MOLÉNAT AUBIN" Agency, is a former employee of the MOLÉNAT company, acquired in 2015 by the LORILLARD Group. A temporary worker, then successively a workshop operator, production manager assistant, sales administration assistant and after-sales service manager, Xavier RYNCARZ founded and developed his career at MOLÉNAT for 22 years.
Historically established since 1922 in DECAZEVILLE in AVEYRON, the MOLÉNAT company specialized in 1965 in the manufacture of joinery for professionals, but has never marketed its products to individuals.
Driven by the desire to evolve towards new challenges, with his experience within the LORILLARD Group and the support of the LORENOVE network, Xavier RYNCARZ founded the "LORENOVE MOLÉNAT" agency. Featuring a 75 m² showroom, the store is located on the MOLÉNAT site, ideally located on the edge of the national road, and opened its doors in mid-September. Xavier RYNCARZ, who is starting alone for the moment, will quickly be supported by an installation team that is currently developing. His commercial area extends from VILLEFRANCHE DE ROUERGUE, RODEZ (AVEYRON) to FIGEAC (LOT) via MAURS (CANTAL).
For his part, Alexandre VERDIER, Manager of the “LORENOVE ROANNE” dealership, began his career at PLASTIBAIE in 2007, which was acquired in 2009 by the LORILLARD Group. After 7 years at PLASTIBAIE, this former Production Manager needed to reorient himself towards new horizons while leveraging his acquired experience. In 2014, he bought FERMETURES DU BRIONNAIS (71), which specializes in the sale of BtoB, BtoC and architect-based joinery.
In 2017 and 2018 he created and bought respectively the companies ALUSTAR (42) and Les Etablissements PUTANIER (42).
At the helm of a staff of 30, Alexandre VERDIER aims to expand his B160C business and expand his marketing to a high-end clientele. Becoming a LORENOVE dealer is a great springboard for him to capture new market share. The XNUMX m² "LORENOVE ROANNE" store and showroom opened at the end of October.
Located in the Industrial Zone, the dealership is housed within the 1000 m² of the Etablissements PUTANIER, now housing the glazing and mirror-making activities, the supply and installation of joinery, as well as the showroom. Its commercial zone extends from ROANNE (LOIRE) to the neighboring departments of southern SAONE-ET-LOIRE, as well as the southeast of ALLIER and the east of PUY-DE-DOME.
Ten employees and two installation teams are already operational. A quantity surveyor/installer and a technical sales representative will join the dealership in early November.
In Pau, Michaël RAMAH, manager of the "LORENOVE PAU" dealership, has just joined the network. This native of Pau, who is returning to his roots for personal reasons after 15 years abroad, has chosen to start from scratch.
Indeed, after 8 years spent within a network of blind makers, near Anger, Michaël RAMAH chose to sell his company to move towards a wider range of joinery.
Lorenove, which does not have an entity in the Pau region and wishes to develop in the sector, is a joint opportunity which has been offered to the brand and this entrepreneur, to deploy a future Fenêtres Lorenove brand.
Michaël is fully familiar with the operation and benefits of dealership networks, but the joinery renovation market is new to him. With the support of technical and sales training provided by the Lorillard Group and the support of his network manager, Michaël is operational. He has surrounded himself with a team of two installers, a sales assistant, and a sales representative, and has equipped his store with a 2 m² showroom.
A second sales representative is expected to join the team in a few months. Located at the entrance to a busy shopping area, LORENOVE PAU will open its doors in early January to welcome customers from the Béarn area.
Xavier RYNCARZ, Alexandre VERDIER, and Michaël RAMAH's decision to join the LORENOVE network is based on the brand's reputation and the LORILLARD Group's strong commitment to their work.
