REYNAERS UNVEILS ITS SOLUTIONS AND INNOVATIONS AT BATIMAT 2017

The aluminum profile specialist will be present (Hall 5A - Stand D46) with its high-performance technological products, but also through the many tools and services developed by the group, in France and internationally.

The various tours offered to visitors will allow everyone to discover Reynaers products and the Reynaers environment: from production management tools using Reynaflow software for manufacturers, to project and virtual reality labs for architects, not forgetting training and testing centers for carpenters. Reynaers also aims to make all its expertise available to its customers, including individuals for whom the website www.reynaers-particulier was created.

The November building event will also be an opportunity to present the brand new Reynaers Campus, including the 2 m² testing and research site that the group has just inaugurated.

Innovation and creativity at the heart of the company

Among its investments, the group has completely redesigned its headquarters in Belgium (Duffel). Rebranded as Reynaers Campus , this unique space is dedicated to all professionals. In addition to the R-Lab for advanced research, Reynaers Campus serves as a training center for customers, an automation laboratory for programming production lines, a design and visualization tool for architects, and an international meeting point for all market players.

With its new AEV (air/water/wind) test bench for 15-meter-high facades, complementing its existing window test bench (6 meters high/20 meters wide), the Reynaers Campus has become the testing center with the largest capacity in Europe . High-tech developments to integrate with BIM and virtual reality

As a partner to its clients, Reynaers was one of the first to integrate BIM (Building Information Modeling) and offer its products in digital format . Today, Reynaers' main aluminum window, sliding door, and door systems are modeled. This allows them to be integrated from the project design stage to evaluate their architectural appearance as well as their technical qualities. BIM modeling makes it possible to find the right solutions for each configuration and to adjust choices before the final project phase.
