ROLLERS CLEANER, a new process for cleaning brushes and rollers

The ROLLERS CLEANER range is an innovative solution allowing professional painters to effectively clean application tools directly on construction sites using a cleaning product called "Ecosolution" which is plant-based and 100% biodegradable.

A unique process
The ROLLERS CLEANER is a compact machine that cleans brushes and rollers.
Lightweight and autonomous, it uses the energy of a cordless drill or screwdriver for its operation, offering a rotation speed of 500 rpm for washing and 2.000 rpm for spinning and drying.
Rotating in the ROLLERS CLEANER, the brushes and rollers are immersed in the "Ecosolution" plant-based bath, which breaks down both the binders in water-based and solvent-based paints. The wash bath is permanent and does not release any liquid.
Only 1 liters of water and 7 cl of "Ecosolution" are enough to clean the aqueous phases and 30 liters of water with 1,4 cl of "Ecosolution" for the phases
solvent-based.
For greater efficiency, the squeegee supplied with the ROLLERS CLEANER allows you to clean the rollers of excess paint.
After each cleaning cycle, the plant bath is filtered to remove pollutants and can be used again.
The tools thus freed from their paint waste are then dried and become immediately available for reapplication.

An ecological and economical cleaner
The "Ecosolution" plant bath used in the ROLLERS CLEANER is a fully biodegradable product whose composition is registered and protected. Its effectiveness saves water and solvents usually required for conventional cleaning. Thus, no polluted waste is released into the environment. After filtering the plant bath, the pollutants are deposited in a landfill to be treated according to their classifications.

One process, three treatment stations
- The RC1B is a single-station washing solution, equipped with a wash/rinse tank and a separate filtration tank.
- The RCi 2 is a dual-station washer-dryer consisting of two individual washing tanks allowing the simultaneous cleaning of tools soiled with acrylic and glycerol paints.
- The LBR 80 is equipped with 4 washing tanks and independent filtration.

The ROLLERS CLEANER LBR 80 can be used to treat acrylics and glycerols side by side. Its central tank ensures spinning and drying.
All three models of the ROLLERS CLEANER are supplied with a filter bag, a double clamp, an inverted cone and 5 litres of "Ecosolution".
Also sold separately: the double clamp for cleaning sleeves and flat brushes, the cleaning cone for round brushes, the filter bag for dry extracts, the adapter tip for the screwdriver, the storage container for dry waste extracts and the 5-litre "Ecosolution" container.
