A new range of rollers for easy application of the new paints

NESPOLI, designer and manufacturer of tools for painters, whether experienced DIY enthusiasts or simple beginners, attaches particular importance to offering high-performance rollers that ensure easy application of “new generation” paints.

Due to their more viscous composition, modern paints tend to stick the fibers to the rollers, and thus limit the paint deposit on the supports.

Today, with its new range of rollers and mini-rollers equipped with special fabrics coated with Teflon® surface protector, NESPOLI provides a relevant solution that limits the restrictive effects when applying these new paints.

New Teflon-coated fabrics® surface protector
The range's sleeves are covered with a Teflon® surface protector coated fabric. This innovative coating absorbs more water and transfers more paint to the substrate. This new technology offers time savings of 15 to 30%.

The use of Teflon® surface protector in the manufacture of sleeves offers three advantages:
- the fiber coated with Teflon® surface protector remains upright when it is loaded with paint. It can therefore absorb more of it,
- during application, the paint is easily discharged from the roller and adheres more easily to the surface,
- the new sleeves also make work easier with regular movements ensuring an impeccable finish.

Larger, more comfortable mini-rollers
In addition to the classic rollers and mini-rollers, NESPOLI is innovating with Brico Facile rollers with a large width of 150 mm and a larger diameter of 30 mm.
The two-material handles ensure excellent grip and greater comfort of use.

One finish, one roll
For a neat finish, the range consists of different lengths of fibers selected according to the desired results:

- glossy finish: 4 mm fibers
- satin finish: 5 mm fibers for smooth surfaces and 9 mm for irregular surfaces.
- matte finish: 12 mm fibers
- special treatment of wood and fluid products: 9 mm fibers
- facade roller: 18 mm fibers
