With over a century of expertise, Salmson continues to innovate to provide its customers with high-performance, environmentally friendly solutions. Committed to energy efficiency, Salmson offers a new pump control and protection box, the CC-HVAC. Designed for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in collective buildings (hotels, hospitals, administrative buildings, etc.) and industry (process, peri-process cooling), the CC-HVAC optimizes pump operation by adapting their power consumption and flow rate according to the installation's needs.

The CC-HVAC efficiently manages 1 to 6 fixed-speed pumps: the system's operating point is constantly adapted to the network's needs, by controlling it with an analog signal coming either from a sensor in autopilot mode or from an external system in slave mode (GTC - Centralized Technical Management). This reduces the electrical consumption of the pumps and primary energy.

Product advantages and user benefits

· Energy savings: precise regulation of pumps leads to a reduction in energy bills.

· Preserved equipment: automatic switching of pumps regardless of their role - main, backup or reserve - optimizes their lifespan.

· Easier maintenance: thanks to the split power circuit, in the event of a drive fault, service remains assured. The split control circuit allows, via the 3-position button Auto / 0 / Manu, to control the power independently of the PLC. Practical, the control screen changes color depending on the system status. This allows the operator to visually make an initial diagnosis.

· A user-friendly and intuitive interface: the multilingual, backlit touchscreen provides ease of use and optimal data reading.

The strength of CC-HVAC lies in its modularity: beyond the comfort and reliability provided by the standard offering, the user can integrate the management of their installation into a more global centralized management system via a GTC module, by communication bus or by wired cabling.
The most demanding will opt for a wireless communication module to receive fault reports in real time and thus reduce intervention times.
