SALMSON listed at Saur, the water cycle market is "shaking up" the big leagues!

SALMSON's Water Cycle department, via the Key Accounts & Prescription unit, has just signed a 2-year contract with the SAUR group for the supply of submersible agitators..

THE CALL FOR TENDER

A major player and specialist in the water cycle market, Know has an operating division as well as a water treatment division, under the name of STEREAU. Specializing in design, construction and support, STEREAU ensures the construction of treatment plants on behalf of communities and industrial clients.

In June 2009, SALMON was contacted by the group Know in order to respond to a call for tenders concerning the supply of submersible agitators intended to equip the treatment plants designed by STEREAU or to replace existing equipment when Know operates the processing plant.

The cell team Key Accounts & Prescription demonstrated great responsiveness in responding to the call for tender and thus successfully winning it. Since December 2009 and for a period of 2 years, SALMON is now referenced in the group's list of approved suppliers Know, for the equipment of its treatment plants. This agreement also applies through Know operation for the replacement or renewal of equipment.

Key accounts and relevance

Created in 2008, the cell SALMSON Key Accounts & Prescription strives to develop contracts with major water treatment companies through excellent commercial relations, relevant and effective products as well as financially economical solutions.

“After many negotiations, we finally won this contract thanks to our attractive prices but also and above all thanks to the technology of our agitators, which are energy-efficient and offer excellent performance,” explains François Dupré, Key Accounts and Prescription Manager in the Water Cycle department in relation with the group. Know.

This is in fact the new high-performance range of TR agitators in the range EMU Technology that was proposed for this contract. These agitators offer excellent thrust values while generating low power consumption, meeting the energy cost reduction criteria defined by the new ISO 21630 standard of August 2007, relating to the ratio between stirring thrust and power consumed at the motor terminals.

The TR agitators in the range EMU Technology provides particularly high energy efficiency with minimal energy consumption. Their optimal sizing allows for energy savings of up to 10%.

This new contract is a real success and a source of great pride for the Water Cycle Department. It fully justifies the strategic direction of SALMON, that of developing its activity with major water treatment companies.

Listening to its customers, SALMON provides them with quality products, responsive teams, and solutions that combine economy and efficiency. This success is the culmination of the teams' commercial, technical, and relational work SALMON of the Water Cycle.
