Salmson equips the new River Ouest complex

HRO, a key player in the development of office buildings, has inaugurated its fourth project in the new business district of West Paris, near La Défense. With a total surface area of 4 m64, this building, voted "Program of the Year" at the Pierres d'Or 300, is designed to comply with High Environmental Quality (HQE certification - Phase 2) and also has the Very High Environmental Performance (THPE) label, while combining flexibility, technology and design.

With over a century of know-how and experience in the design and manufacture of pumping systems, driven by a constant concern for innovation and based on a rigorous quality policy, SALMSON was chosen to equip the refrigeration production facility for the new River Ouest complex.

With a total power of 6 MW, the refrigeration production is distributed across 5 technical rooms; 25 SALMSON pumps were installed, including 15 variable speed pumps (SIE pumps), controlled via a GTC (Centralized Technical Management) solution. Thanks to the variable speed, the pumps adapt to the needs of the installation and allow perfect control of energy consumption, temperature and chilled water production in the building.

The SALMSON pumps installed fit perfectly into the HQE approach.
