Signed by Salmson at the end of August, the Diversity Charter aims to concretize the company's fight against discrimination in the workplace and to promote pluralism and diversity among employees. With this commitment, this pumping systems specialist embodies its philosophy of equality.

Salmson signed the Diversity Charter on August 24, 2010.

In line with the company's philosophy, the Diversity Charter allows Salmson to formalize its commitment, as a "responsible" employer, in the fight against all forms of discrimination (recruitment, training and career management).

By signing the Diversity Charter, Salmson is echoing a philosophy that respects pluralism and is working to promote diversity in its workforce.

Structured around several articles (aimed at raising awareness, training, communicating and promoting the principle of non-discrimination), this charter promotes cohesion and social equity, sources of performance.

Salmson undertakes to inform its employees of all operations in this regard.
