ARC Exhibition, Espace Charenton Paris 

Entirely dedicated to co-ownership, Lorenove Grands-Comptes possesses unique expertise in the renovation of co-ownership buildings. The brand will leverage this know-how to host a 45-minute exhibitor workshop on Wednesday, October 16, at 15 p.m., in Room 3.

The theme will focus on "regulations, aesthetic standards and performance to help you choose your joinery" and will be supplemented by a technical demonstration "Maintaining your joinery and roller shutters properly" on October 17 at 11 a.m.

On the product side, KHELYS joinery will be on display at the stand. This aluminum window with a visible opening is equipped with thermal break profiles and a burglar-resistant device. It features a neat aesthetic, right down to the finishes, for a contemporary and refined look. KHELYS will be presented with a matching black solar roller shutter. Its other properties include mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, ductility, and recyclability.

The aluminum design of KHELYS ensures its lightness: low weight and high dimensional stability, even for large surfaces. It is coupled with high security thanks to the angle fittings and mushroom rollers; mushroom rollers which, thanks to their anti-detachment system, are burglar-resistant.

Robustness is ensured by assembling the openings and frames with a miter cut, then crimping them. In the corners, metal assembly brackets are glued to reinforce the solidity of the assembly. KHELYS benefits from a thermal performance coefficient (Uw) of 1,4, obtained thanks to its profiles with thermal break using new generation insulating bars and the glazing that equips it: 28mm double glazing, with Argon gas and insulating spacer. Designed with the aim of achieving a high coefficient of solar gain (Sw = 0,47) and light transmission (TLw at 59%), KHELYS promotes the contribution of free energy from the sun into the home, and therefore helps to reduce heating costs.

With its traditional design, the remarkable LENA 58 window embodies the eloquence of wood: warmth and authenticity. Its straight glazing beads offer contemporary lines, ideal for modern architecture. Available in several wood species, LENA 58 perfectly meets the requirements of heritage-listed buildings. Equipped with French (casement) or sliding openings, LENA 58 joinery is available as a window and French door. The "Lena Color" finishes, guaranteed for 10 years, complete the winning formula: aesthetics, comfort, and serenity.

The KHELIO 2 aluminum joinery with hidden opening offers slimmer lines bringing maximum natural light into the room. KHELIO 2 is equipped with mushroom rollers, which provide additional protection against burglary and improve security. It also has three gaskets for perfect sealing and better thermal insulation.
