The fischer SaMontec system is a comprehensive range of fasteners for applications in the plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration sectors. With mounting rails and brackets, accessories, and clamps, it offers optimal, high-quality solutions for network support, pipe installation, cable routing, connections, and power supplies. The compatibility of the individual components allows for great flexibility, secure installations with fasteners suitable for all types of substrates, meticulous workmanship, and real time savings. To ensure optimal operational safety, particularly for fire protection systems, several components in the SaMontec range are fire-approved.

Support techniques

In its range of support techniques, fischer offers 3 ranges of modular design systems with optimized assembly elements, some of which are pre-assembled to allow simple and rapid assembly in all configurations:

- The FLS light rail system and its construction elements for light loads,

- FUS rails and its construction elements for medium loads,

- The new FMS system and its construction elements for heavy loads.

FLS system for light loads

Simple, strong, flexible and safe

The FLS system is used for many light applications: fixing network systems to the floor, ceiling, suspended ventilation and piping, 2-level structures, rail-mounted consoles, rail-mounted pipes, cable trays fixed by consoles, etc. It consists of 3 main elements:

- FLS support rails and ALK fixing consoles,

- pre-assembled construction elements (SF Clix 31 shoe and MW Clix 90° mounting bracket),

- the connecting elements (double FHS Clix nut, FSM Clix M and FSM Clix P nut plates).

The FLS system offers many advantages:

- A time saving of at least 50%: thanks to the pre-assembled construction elements which are optimized to facilitate and make the assembly of the structure faster.

- Flexibility thanks to a wide range of rails.

- Reliable support: The installations are completely safe thanks to the highly resistant elements and the precise fit of the nuts in the rails. The 90° rotation and the special notching of the Clix elements guarantee risk-free implementation during assembly.

- Fully dismountable assemblies.

- Compatibility: the different elements that make up the FLS system can be connected regardless of the height of the rail.

The fischer FLS system can be used on different materials: concrete, hollow masonry and concrete blocks depending on the recommended anchors, concrete screws or studs, metal frames and wooden frames.

The FLS rail

The FLS rail is the basic element of the support system. Featuring a unique profile, the rail with its reinforced corners gives the construction elements a particularly stable hold. The internal notching of the rail ensures easier and safer positioning of the connectors, as well as high load transmission.

In addition, the different geometries of the oblong holes in the rails allow for optimal attachment to the support and flexible installation. Finally, the graduations on the rails simplify the cutting and precise positioning of the parts to be fixed during assembly.

Measuring 31mm wide, the rails are available in 3 heights – 17mm, 30mm, 37mm – to allow for a multitude of applications.

Pre-assembled building elements

The SF Clix 31 shoe and the MW Clix 90° mounting bracket are pre-assembled, which simplifies implementation, offering a real time saving when assembling networks and reducing the number of connection parts. Practical, they adjust and attach to the rail with a simple 90° rotation!

The SF Clix 31 shoe ensures a robust and secure connection between the rail and the bracket.

The MW Clix 90° mounting bracket allows, depending on the particularity of the installation, a longitudinal and transverse locking to the rail.

Optimized assembly elements

The FHS Clix double nut allows the clamps to be connected to the rails by rotating them 90°. A special spring mechanism integrated into the double nut provides the necessary contact pressure in the rail and, when pressed, allows the part to be slid into the rail for precise and easy adjustment of the construction elements. The nut's notch allows for secure attachment to the rails.

The FSM Clix M nut plate Used to securely connect clamps in FLS rails with a threaded rod. It has a notch that ensures high-precision positioning, without risk of error, when rotating 90° in the rail.

The FSM Clix P nut plate allows FLS rails to be quickly connected to each other with the construction elements. It is securely fixed thanks to its notches and by rotating it 90° in the rail. In addition, it has a unique support block with ergonomic tabs that facilitate assembly. Once the FSM Clix P is positioned, the tabs disappear into the rail to ensure a steel-to-steel connection, without the introduction of plastic, between the construction elements and the rail. Assembly is truly secure.

The SV 31 rail connector It is used with FSM Clix P nuts and has a special shape that guarantees a perfect fit on the rail. It is used to connect and align rails together as well as to make perpendicular connections.

The FLS system is also compatible with universal clamps, ALK consoles for optimized and rapid installation of cantilevered elements, holding claws, beam claws, struts for better stability of the consoles, etc.

FUS system for medium loads

Quick, easy to assemble and disassemble

FUS rails

U-shaped profiles, The 3 rail dimensions offer a wide range of adjustments as well as high mounting security. They allow the rapid fixing of pipes and cable trays, ventilation ducts, etc.

With high resistance to bending, They have notched lips which improve the retention of the nut plates, and allow mounting on the wall, ceiling or floor with optimal ease. Made of S 250 GD steel, they have fire resistance class R120 according to DIN EN 10346.

PFCN quick connector

Innovative, it allows quick and easy assembly of FUS profiles and can be used universally with all “PUSH-THROUGH” construction elements. It combines a pre-assembled mechanism - spring, bolt, washer and safety nut - into a single component.

The special shape of the washer holds the fastener firmly in position. The high-strength bolt and the quick connector notches guarantee secure assembly and perfect hold even with high lateral loads. The integrated spring mechanism allows, by simply pressing on it, to slide the connector into the rail in order to easily and precisely adjust the elements of the supporting structure before locking. Finally, its installation by rotating 90° allows installation in already installed FUS rails.

FCA/FCAM consoles

They allow the rapid installation of piping, cable trays, ventilation ducts, air conditioning elements and devices along a wall.

The FCAM console is reinforced for higher or more distant loads. They are available in electrogalvanized for indoor installations, hot-dip galvanized steel and stainless steel for outdoor installations and highly corrosive environments.

PSF/SF clogs

These elements allow the support structure to be fixed to its environment. The adjustment of the shoe allows for simple installation by inserting the rail, and Its robust design provides a secure hold for durable constructions.

Other building elements

The universal brackets for assembling FUS rails and the bracket consoles provide the supporting structures with high stability and safety. The connecting elements guarantee compatibility with the PFCN quick connector and allow for angular or T-shaped assembly.

FMS system for heavy loads

Efficient, flexible and durable for demanding installations

In the construction and industrial sector, heavy installations or industrial constructions, such as supports for heavy pipes, technical equipment, platforms, etc., are mainly assembled with secondary steel structures.

This type of structure is usually planned, pre-assembled, and then installed on site. However, this construction process, in terms of design (calculations and analyses), assembly (sawing and welding of elements), and transport to the site, is sometimes long and tedious.

With the new fischer FMS heavy-duty support system, implementation is more flexible, faster, and more efficient. It reduces installation costs and time by 30% compared to traditional metal construction.

The modular elements of the FMS system with hot-dip galvanized coating allow assembly of the fixing structure directly on site without prefabrication and without having to weld the elements.

As a result, this significantly reduces installation time and material costs.

FMS mounting rail

FMS mounting rails reduce the weight of the structure compared to similar metal constructions and are easier to handle on site. The presence of perforation on all 4 sides of the FMS rail offers greater mounting flexibility.

The graduations on the FMS rail (1) simplify cutting the rail to the desired length and ensure precise positioning of the construction elements.

FMHB Hammer Head Single Quick Connector

The FMHB hammer head quick connector (2) is universally applicable with the entire system and for all applications. During installation, the connector fits perfectly into the perforations of the FMS rails. Thanks to the integrated spring mechanism (3), the connector is installed by simply pressing and rotating it 90°. Simply insert the construction element and then the notched retaining claw (4) and the safety nut (5), which provides a secure hold even under dynamic loads.

Highly flexible, the FMHB hammer head quick connector allows you to quickly and precisely modify or adjust the elements of the supporting structure.

Disassembly and reassembly of these elements or subsequent installation on existing structures is carried out with ease.

Finally, for a through-mounting, simply place the building element and push the FMHB quick connector through the assembly (“PUSH-THROUGH” mounting).

The SaMontec system also includes:

- Technical ceiling solutions intended either for industry or for architectural elements,

- Fixings for air conditioners,

- A wide range of mounting accessories (beam clamps, supports, fittings, collars, etc.),

- Fixed point and slide systems.
