Soleil en Tête and Leroy Merlin are building the house of tomorrow

Leroy-Merlin Lyon-Bron decided to invent "The House of Tomorrow"—a healthier, easier-to-live-in, more energy-efficient home equipped with Soleil en Tête photovoltaic panels. This project resulted in a wooden house, specially built to demonstrate that it's easy to contribute to sustainable development by choosing the right materials and partners. 
With a wooden frame, this 70 m² house with a terrace was installed in the store's parking lot and will remain there for a year. It has disabled access and numerous environmentally friendly features: interior and exterior thermal insulation, organic paints and coatings, triple-glazed windows, and solar panels. In this context, Soleil en Tête, which supplied and installed the photovoltaic panels on the facade, provides visitors with daily advice.

Soleil en Tête offers high-efficiency photovoltaic panels. Guaranteed for 25 years, they meet the most demanding international standards for quality and safety. The 12 to 230 W modules use the latest generation of high-efficiency polycrystalline cells, and numerous installation options are possible (integrated, superimposed, terrace, awning, sunshade, veranda, etc.). Leroy-Merlin customers will therefore naturally be able to realize their projects more quickly thanks to this joint initiative.
