Soleil en Tête rewards the quality of the services of its Biarritz agency
At its annual seminar, the Soleil en Tête network, which specializes in the installation of photovoltaic panels, highlighted the quality of the services offered by its Biarritz agency, which exceeded all of its initial objectives. 5000 m² of photovoltaic panels were installed in strict compliance with regulations, a point still too often overlooked by pseudo-professionals who thereby discredit the profession.
SOLAR ENERGY - The Soleil en Tête agency in Biarritz wins an award for its technical quality
Specializing in the implementation of solar energy production solutions (water heaters), solar electricity (photovoltaic) and heat pumps, Soleil en tête is operating in a booming market and its offering meets an increasingly important need.
The photovoltaic sector (60% of the network's turnover) is particularly popular with consumers.
But, as Philippe Darricarrère, Network Director, reminded us at the national convention, "as is the case in any new, buoyant market, renewable energies appear to be the new El Dorado in the eyes of too many stakeholders. They often improvise as specialists overnight, at the expense of the most gullible clients, thus discrediting our profession."
This is why the technical quality of the participants is now a crucial element. The higher and more restrictive the control criteria defined by legislation, the more serious companies will be favored and will be able to express their professionalism.
TRACEABILITY AND QUALITY CONTROLS IN ALL AREAS AT SOLEIL EN TÊTE
Soleil en Tête did not wait for the implementation of a strict policy to mark its difference.
On the one hand, the network operates across the entire chain (feasibility study, sales, installation, after-sales service), making it one of the only national players capable of providing a guarantee of know-how and sustainability to its customers.
Furthermore, at the initiative of the network management, Soleil en tête agencies are subject to regular quality controls conducted by an internal department of Quality auditors, all from Bureau Veritas. To assess the quality of the technical teams in place, construction sites are randomly visited throughout the year, while each agency is required to ensure perfect traceability of its installations.
Furthermore, to measure the level of customer satisfaction, a questionnaire is sent to them at the end of each project by the Technical and Quality department of the network.
BIARRITZ AGENCY AWARDED AT THE CONVENTION
At its 2010 convention, held on July 1st and 2nd at the Radisson Hotel in Biarritz in the presence of 70 network executives, Soleil en Tête was keen to emphasize this requirement for quality, by awarding the "Prize for the best national technical team" to the "Côte basque & Landes Sud" agency, located in Biarritz (Pyrénées-Atlantiques).
The seriousness of the technical team supervised by Frédéric Anchordoquy, engineer and partner of the agency, has indeed contributed to the rapid development of this agency, created just two years ago and which today exceeds its most ambitious objectives.
To date, Soleil en Tête Biarritz has already installed more than 5.000 square meters of photovoltaic panels on the roofs of houses in the Basque Country, southern Landes and Soule.
