ETABLOND folding and shaping solutions

 Hexadome, designer of comprehensive lighting and smoke extraction solutions for all types of buildings, is expanding its offering and innovating with the new ETALBOND composite panels.

Composed of two 0,5 mm aluminum sheets and a 3 mm polyethylene core, ETALBONDallows you to create a perfectly flat, rigid and lightweight surface on the facade. The aluminum cassette provides a longer lifespan for the facade, without any special maintenance.

A wide range of colors is available to meet all architectural constraints.

Simplified installation

The cassette ETALBOND is suspended by invisible fixings on a patented frame. In the case of riveted cassette installation, the panel is riveted to a secondary frame with visible fixings.

A dedicated organization and specific production tools

Hexadome Façonnage has a numerically controlled machining table (SBC) allowing all types of creations to be carried out. Trimming, drilling, grooving and engraving are programmed from the dedicated console, as required, or can be directly injected online, from the CAD/CAM plans provided by the customer.

All types of non-ferrous materials can be machined in Hexadome workshops (Etalbond-type composite panels, wood and derivatives, cement agglomerates, etc.).
