Olivier Alonso, founder of Solvimo, has established a strategic partnership with the CNE to enhance his network's real estate appraisal services. This agreement provides franchisees with specialized training and access to a comprehensive solution for assessing the market value of real estate. Thanks to their local expertise, Solvimo agents will now be able to provide accurate and impartial appraisals, essential in situations such as inheritances, divorces, and mortgage applications, thus stimulating the signing of exclusive mandates and increasing revenue.

The CNE is committed to providing essential support for training and obtaining approvals, while quote requests will be redirected to Solvimo agents. As part of this project, a specific budget has been allocated to cover almost half of the training costs. An initial session has already certified fourteen real estate experts, and 40% of Solvimo franchisees have already signed up for the next round, with new sessions scheduled for the first quarter of 2011. This development positions Solvimo as a leading player in the field of real estate appraisal.

Solvimo (more than 150 agencies in France) has just signed a partnership with the National Center for Expertise, to offer its franchisees the opportunity to add real estate expertise to their real estate agent business.

Keen to continue developing complementary services to differentiate itself from other real estate networks, Olivier Alonso, founder of Solvimo, has just established a partnership with the CNE (National Center for Expertise).
This agreement will allow franchisees to benefit from training and access a complete solution in terms of real estate appraisal in market value (examination of urban planning regulations, analysis covering the composition of the property concerned, its environment, its appreciation in relation to the local market, its quality, its maintenance, its level of comfort, etc.). They will thus have the skills to estimate, very precisely and impartially, the value of a property.

With their experience as real estate agents and their perfect knowledge of the local market, Solvimo franchisees have real legitimacy to offer their clients a real estate appraisal service.
As part of their activity, they are often confronted with numerous situations in which an in-depth real estate appraisal is required: the sale or determination of the rental value of a property in the context of an inheritance, a divorce or a request for a real estate loan, for example... With this new skill, Solvimo agents will strengthen their credibility and, consequently, increase the signing of exclusive mandates and increase their turnover.

As part of this agreement, the CNE will provide the Solvimo network with all the necessary assistance in training and obtaining an accreditation number. In addition, quote requests submitted through the CNE website will be forwarded directly to Solvimo real estate agents.

FIRST AGENTS ALREADY CERTIFIED
Convinced of the need to enhance its offering, Olivier Alonso has decided to release a specific budget to cover almost half of the cost of real estate appraisal training within the network.
A first session was already held at Solvimo's headquarters last November, leading to the certification of the first fourteen real estate experts. With 40% of Solvimo franchisees having already registered for training, several sessions have already been scheduled for the first quarter of 2011.
