SOPROFEN unveils its thermal solutions for housing at NORDBAT

A range manufacturer and manufacturer of roller shutter boxes, SOPROFEN is exhibiting for the first time at NORDBAT, the trade fair for construction professionals, which will take place from March 21 to 23, 2012 at Lille-Grand Palais. NORDBAT will be an opportunity for SOPROFEN, present in the Joinery/Metalwork/Fence sector, to unveil its thermal solutions for housing in line with the theme of this 8rd edition: improving the living environment.

Manual projection for motorized shutter
By offering exterior boxes with projection in a first manual version, Soprofen makes it possible to use the motorized shutter with projection, whether the latter is engaged or not.

With its very neat aesthetics, this new solution has:
- hinges in the upper part for greater discretion and optimal lowering of the apron,

- extruded aluminum slides with a fixed part intended to receive the integrated mosquito net and a mobile part which allows projection and in which the apron slides.

Presented on the stand alongside the Déco VE2, the projection system provides protection from direct sunlight while maintaining visual comfort thanks to the light it provides. It also provides thermal comfort by protecting the room from heat thanks to natural ventilation. When used with scenario management and combined with a sun sensor, this system optimizes the home's solar protection.

This effective solution allows you to save up to 60% of your annual cooling system consumption, or even avoid using it altogether. The Déco VE2 with projection is therefore the most effective solar protection, in line with the requirements of the 2012 Thermal Regulations (RT 2012).

For even more comfort, the projection is compatible with the integrated mosquito net.

The BSO VE, the adjustable sunshade that can be integrated into SOPROFEN exterior boxes
Very easy to install and particularly suitable for renovations in individual homes, the BSO VE adjustable sunshade fits into the Soprofen Déco VE2, Quarto VE2 and Paco VE2 exterior boxes.

Robust and resistant to extreme weather conditions (wind, sun, rust, etc.), the BSO VE adjustable sunshade combines perfect exterior sun protection with a modern design. Thanks to slats with adjustable orientation angles from the inside, it guarantees optimal light management at any time of day in living spaces. A truly discreet asset, BSO VE protects from prying eyes while maintaining visual comfort indoors.
Available in a wide range of colors, it plays the design card on facades!

SOPROFEN offers three types of aluminum blades:

- 80 mm flat blades. Flexible, they offer a very low package height when raised,
- 80 mm hemmed blades, rigid and robust,
- 73 mm Z blades, known as “blackout blades”, they have a PVC seal inserted on the front edge of each blade, thus providing a good level of blackout.

Available with electric operation by wired motor, or radio operation with Somfy receiver, the BSO VE from SOPROFEN can be produced in large dimensions (up to 4000 mm wide for a single curtain), ideal for large glass surfaces.
