Developed by GIRPI, the HTA ® -E is a professional, high-performance and reliable solution, particularly suited to the pressureless evacuation of greasy water up to 100°C.

Its areas of application are, primarily, the evacuation networks of centralized kitchens in retirement homes, hospitals, hotels, schools, restaurants, laundries, etc.

The HTA ® -E system is also suitable for the problems of maritime construction sites for the evacuation of grey water and black water.

HTA® - E, a complete solution from siphon to grease separator

C-PVC HTA®-E maintains fluid temperature, delays cooling, and limits grease buildup. These features make the network more durable over time.

The tube + fitting system is tested at 25 bars, 20°C for 1 hour.
The test guarantees its good mechanical resistance and prevents possible blockage of pipes.

C-PVC is suitable for high temperatures up to 100°C, it is also resistant to aggressive and corrosive water.

Thanks to its cold polymerization process (no joints), HTA® - E offers perfect system sealing . Furthermore, its constant water flow (complete fluid passage) provides excellent hydraulic performance.

From the stainless steel siphon to the grease separator, the HTA®-E is easily connectable to existing devices and its installation requires few tools for easy implementation of networks.

A certified choice
System HTA®-E GIRPI holds ATEC No. 14/08-1286 issued by the CSTB (Scientific and Technical Center for Building) for the application relating to the evacuation of centralized kitchens. It benefits from the best fire classification for a synthetic material due to its excellent behavior in the event of fire: fire classification Bs1d0 (Euroclasses) equivalent of the M1 classification.

Made from C-PVC, the HTA® - E is a fully recyclable material and meets the requirements of the HQE (High Environmental Quality) approach. The system also has an Environmental and Health Declaration Sheet (FDES) available from the engineering firm GIRPI.
