Sealing systems for windows and facades: an expanded and certified range

ISO-CHEMIE, a specialist in sealing systems for windows and facades, strives daily to offer solutions adapted to the market. Since January 2017, ISO-CHEMIE has expanded its range by marketing ISO-TOP SILICONE F and ISO-TOP ACRYLSEAL F sealants: complementary solutions certified for the French market, presented at the Batimat trade show.

ISO-CHEMIE offers a complete range of sealing systems for windows and facades: impregnated polyethylene and polyurethane foams, waterproofing membranes, insulating pre-frames and other sealing solutions.    Sealants expand the range Since January 2017, ISO-CHEMIE has been marketing a range of sealants and expanding its offering of airtight and heavy rainproofing solutions for windows and facades. The expanded range offers the brand's customers a wide choice from a complete range of solutions, offered by a single partner, ISO-CHEMIE. Adapted to the French market, notably thanks to the SNJF Label committed to and obtained by the company, and the ISO 11600 standard, this range of sealants benefits from a guarantee of quality and claimed performance. The products are stored at the Lyon site and delivered, in boxes or on pallets, throughout France.   ISO-TOP SILICONE F seals indoors and outdoors Iso-Top Silicone F is a fast-curing, polysiloxane-based sealant suitable for sealing indoor and outdoor connection joints, expansion joints, glazing joints and joints between window/door frames and masonry, for PVC, metal, treated wood and glass profiles. Weather and UV resistant, the product adheres without primer to porous surfaces - anodized aluminum, glass and mortar -. On any other non-standardized substrate, it is advisable to carry out an adhesion test and, if necessary, use a primer. Virtually odorless and non-corrosive, Iso-Top Silicone F benefits from rapid application, long-lasting elasticity and colorfastness after curing. Compliant with the European standard DIN EN ISO 11600 and benefiting from the SNJF Façade et Glazing 25E Label, the product can withstand a maximum total deformation of 25%.   ISO-TOP ACRYLSEAL F, a sealant for indoor connection joints Iso-Top Acrylseal F is a plasto-elastic sealing compound based on acrylic dispersion. It is used indoors to seal connection joints with low movement and to fill cracks in concrete, plaster and other substrates. Easy to apply, this sealant should be used in a dry place until fully cured. White in color, it can be painted after curing and has excellent adhesion to porous substrates and aluminum. Compliant with the European standard DIN EN ISO 11600 and benefiting from the SNJF Façade 12.5P Label, the sealing solution absorbs up to 12,5% of joint movements.    Universal implementation and application The different versions of these solutions are applicable, in new construction and renovation, on all conventional construction surfaces such as concrete, cellular concrete, PVC, wood, metals and glass fiber reinforced plastics. The substrates must first be dried, clean, dust-free and degreased. On any other non-standard substrate, it is advisable to carry out an adhesion test and, if necessary, use a primer. In order to reinforce the waterproofing function of these products, it is recommended to combine them with the brand's range of joint backers, which are real aids in implementation.
