Testo launches its new gas analyzer: Testo 350

A portable and flexible measuring tool, the new testo 350 can be configured to order, according to the user's needs, with dedicated menus for different types of applications:

• commissioning, maintenance and adjustment of industrial installations, gas engines or turbines and smoke treatment systems,

• emission controls with clearly identified regulatory thresholds,

• verification of the correct functioning of the analyzers in fixed positions,

• process measurements and control of industrial furnaces.

 The testo 350 measuring system consists of a control unit, a flue gas analysis case and a sampling probe.

The control unit: compact and ergonomic

The removable control unit allows you to operate the analysis box and display the values. All settings are made using the function keys. The values are displayed on the color graphic display. The data measured by the analyzer are stored in the control unit.

 Large color screen and dedicated menus

The analyzer integrates dedicated menus according to the type of installation and setting, and directly associates the selected fuel. As soon as an application is selected, all pre-configured parameters appear on the screen. The testo 350 is ready for use in just a few seconds.

On-screen prompts guide the user step-by-step through the measurement process, requiring no prior training. Only suitable fuels are suggested.

The robust and reliable analysis kit for industrial use

The testo 350 analysis case includes the measuring cells, sampling and dilution pumps, Peltier dryer (optional), gas path, filters, electronics, power supply unit and Li-ion batteries. Side reinforcements protect all components from impacts and dust, ensuring safe use in harsh environments.

 The analysis box is controlled by the control unit, directly from a PC via a wired connection or via a wireless connection via Bluetooth® 2.0 (up to 100 meters). In addition, a BUS connection allows simultaneous control of up to 16 analysis boxes.

Using the " EasyEmission " software, data can be easily processed, analyzed and archived.

 A large selection of sensors available

Six different locations allow for optimal flexibility. An O2 cell comes standard, and sensors can be selected as needed:

CO, NO, SO 2, SOlow, NOlow, COlow, H2S, CxHy or CO2 by infrared.

 Easy maintenance

A cover provides quick access to all the analyzer's essential parts: consumables, filters, and pumps. The device can be serviced without having to return it to the factory.

The testo 350 features self-diagnostics for all components. The equipment's operating status is continuously analyzed to ensure maximum service life, for example, by indicating cell wear.
