ESMERY CARON, a specialist in textile architecture, tarpaulins, and semi-standardized construction tents, has expanded its offering with TEXISPAN® metal-textile roofing. These roofing products were designed to cover spaces (driveways, parking lots, covered areas, etc.) to protect them from the elements and the sun. Their modern design adapts to any environment, is available in a variety of colors, and can even be illuminated. Their galvanized steel frames guarantee high stability during installation. These canvases are highly resistant to fire (M2 classification), snow, and wind (NV65 and CTS standards). ESMERY CARON uses only high-quality materials, recycles its canvases, and manufactures its modules in France. This quality has attracted exceptional partners such as GNCO (National Group of OPEL Dealers) and CISCAR (Central Purchasing Office of the RENAULT network).

AN EXCLUSIVE DESIGN FOR FLEXIBILITY

ESMERY CARON , a pioneer and leader in textile architecture, tarpaulins, and tents, is expanding its ARCHITEX® range of semi-standardized structures with TEXISPAN® metal-textile roofing. These modular, modular, and customizable solutions are designed to cover walkways, parking lots, covered areas, showrooms, reception canopies, and terraces. TEXISPAN® offers effective protection against the elements (rain, hail, etc.) and sun, creating aesthetically pleasing, robust, and valuable covered spaces.

TEXISPAN® roofing is distinguished by the simplicity and fluidity of its innovative design. The airy, stretched canvas of the modules creates a feeling of lightness and enhances the spaces they adorn. Available in two standard shapes, Voile and Double Vague, TEXISPAN® modules offer an infinite number of combinations to create ensembles that are never monotonous.

ESMERY CARON envisioned customizable structures that adapt to all configurations and landscapes, available in a wide range of colors. Lighting systems can also be added.

In full translucent canvas to protect from rain and sun or in perforated canvas to create shaded but bright spaces, the TEXISPAN® modules are particularly flexible, assembled according to the desires and needs of ESMERY CARON customers.

SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS

With a length of 5 m or 7 m and a width of 3 m or 5 m for a height varying from 3 m to 3,8 m, TEXISPAN® modules allow for a variety of uses while always offering the same resistance qualities.

Their galvanized steel frames can be painted in a choice of colors. They guarantee high installation stability thanks to chemical anchors fixed in concrete blocks. TEXISPAN® canvas roofs are made of polyester fabric coated on both sides with PVC. They are assembled on high-frequency welding machines, ensuring the best resistance over time.

The durability of the canvases, exposed to sunlight and parasitic fungi, is guaranteed by an anti-UV and anti-cryptogamic treatment. They benefit from an M2 classification in terms of fire resistance. The compliance of TEXISPAN® modules with the NV65 (Snow zone A and Wind zone 2) or CTS (Chapiteaux, tents and structures) standards also attests to their quality.

AN EXEMPLARY COMPANY

ESMERY CARON selects premium materials (lacquered paint, stainless steel accessories, technical fabrics from the best manufacturers, and frames supplied by renowned French companies) and manufactures its modules in France. Particularly committed to customer satisfaction, ESMERY CARON also provides a comprehensive service thanks to the expertise developed by its design office, manufacturing workshop, and assembly teams. A complete after-sales service for the installations, as well as their renovation and maintenance, are included in the service.

Finally, as part of the TEXYLOOP® program, all the canvases installed by ESMERY CARON are recycled. The company's commitment to sustainable development doesn't stop there: the facilities at the workshops based in Dreux (Eure-et-Loir) and ESMERY CARON construction sites are non-polluting.

The qualities of TEXISPAN® allow ESMERY CARON to become a privileged partner of GNCO, the National Group of OPEL Dealers and CISCAR, the Central Purchasing Office of the RENAULT network.
